The hotel staff above check in at 11 pm could not be contacted, charged again 2x because it was a different agency. Please do not use this app, just go directly to the hotel because it is a different agency.

Very disappointed! I booked a 2bedroom type, but the 2bedroom unit was very inadequate. Lots of cockroaches, broken and crumbling walls, the stove was hard to use, the lights were dim, the curtains were broken, the refrigerator was not cold. The check-in time was very long, until I had to wait until 6 pm.

for bonzela property is quite impressive room, towels, soap, water heater is functioning, AC is cold check in is a bit stiff must be at 14.00 teng disappointed the apartment manager maintenance of the swimming pool coincided with the new year holiday so the children could not swim which was their main purpose of wanting to stay at the lagoon
