Dirty and dusty unit, dull itchy sheets, curtains so dusty that they were black at the top, no towels given, only one after asking, the AC in the living room was not cold, slow response to complaints about problems, booking for 3 days but we didn't swear we moved to a hotel that day, we didn't use it, wasted our money of more than 1 million

For Mbak Vika, her response was fast and good. Our needs can be met, I thought yesterday I would get the one above the mall but it turned out I got the one in the red tower even though I had booked since Thursday. But never mind, hopefully tomorrow I can get the one exactly above the mall. Thank you 🙏🏻.

The first room was really dirty, moved to the second room which was quite clean but the AC wasn't cold, moved to the third room which was quite clean and the AC was cold but the TV was off, didn't give me the wifi password, I was too lazy to ask because it was already night time so I just went to sleep.

The owner is very friendly & responsive 🥰🥰🥰 I made a wrong booking date but the owner helped me change the date 🥰🥰🥰 the room smells good, is clean, given a blanket that has just been washed so it smells really good. The TV can be used to watch YouTube without any problems, the wifi is very fast, the clean water is fast, the bathroom is clean, and there are two ACs in the main room and in the living room. Got a unit on the hook so both rooms have windows and the view is beautiful, there is a pool and the city 🥰🥰🥰🥰 next time I go to Jakarta I will stay here again ❤️❤️

The room is clean, comfortable and easy to access. There is a mall below so you can feast your eyes and there is also a kitchen so you can cook, only for bathing there are no towels provided so we bathe without towels hahaha. So far it's been fun staying here. Very happy 🥰.
