Towels and footcloths were reportedly out of stock because it was busy, it seems like services like this don't need to be reminded to stock all supporting facilities sufficiently. When we complained, our phone was turned off, chats were not replied to, we were asked to wait until tomorrow to be provided, the next day they were looked for and delivered to the room, if they weren't looked for, the towels and footcloths weren't delivered, the cupboard doors were also loose, and there were problems with the electricity, the point is, this time we were disappointed with the service because it was increasingly unprofessional.

Good access and very safe because it uses a card, the price is not expensive, close to everywhere. Very clean plus friendly service.

The room is really nice for the price I got, I didn't expect to get facilities as good as this, the room is clean, the service is good. If I visit Jakarta again, I will try to stay here again 🤗

Convenient location especially if bringing small children and elderly. Not including drinking water and amenities equipment, so need to prepare to bring or buy in advance.

Deposit 500k is too much I think, and the admin says the deposit will be return at 5pm on the check out date. But mine was returned the next day at 12 in the afternoon. But overall the cleanliness is great 👍👍👍

Good things: Location, swimming pool and the living room. Things to improve: Maintenance of the apartment (painting the walls, cleanliness, there 's not a trash bin in the kitchen, it needs to have more kitchen utensils, there 's not toilet tissue), quality of the internet and we had problems with the card that gives access to the swimming pool.

Pas masuk baru d kasih tau 1 KM flush’nya rusak/gak bisa d pake, gak ada kompensasi apapun. Habis checkout mlmnya baru d kasih tau ada gelas retak, katanya itu tgg jawab kami padahal sudah d jelaskan tidak tp tetep tidak dihiraukan & di minta ganti 100rb untuk 1 gelas, sisa deposit baru dikirmkan esok hari.
