just arrived there was a problem with the gas, already complained but no solution then the electricity token ran out, immediately given the refill token number after that the water went out there was no water at all, initially because the electricity was out but when the electricity was on the water still didn't come out, from night to morning there was no water it was very difficult. Finally the new technician came after 08:00 from all that was given compensation in the form of late check out until 14:00 then we checked out it was a bit difficult because there was no water if our gas/kitchen was not too much of a problem, we could still buy food

The AC is not cold enough and leaks, and the toilet flush button doesn't work properly (it often goes dead).

I will not and will not possibly stay here again, the check-in service was disappointing, many of the room equipment was broken, the sink was broken, the AC was not cold, wow, I will not stay here again... it is risky to bring my family... bad experience staying here

Initially, I got a unit that wasn't ready to be occupied immediately, but after talking to the agent, I was immediately offered the chance to move to a new unit, so it was really comfortable.

the front door handle is broken, the toilet is not clean enough, the water from the jet shower faucet is leaking, and the water from the toilet tank is leaking, flowing continuously. The sound from outside the room is clearly audible.
