Hotel staff fast response. Location is okay. Cleanliness is okay. Put in a little for the AC, it's still a bit not cold enough. The bathroom shower is also broken, please fix it.

standard, if possible the pick-up staff can come a little faster, don't wait too long, yesterday I waited 20 minutes just to pick up

The room is really hot, I swear. The AC isn't cold:')

Comfortable, only the AC is a bit less cold. The rest is good, water, towels, etc.

The AC is not cold at all and the key doesn't work to open access

Shower broken. The dispenser is leaking.

Lokasi susah-susah gampang. Aksesnya hanya lewat D'Mall yang saya tau ya. Untuk parkir pun via D'Mall yang lumayan mahal jg kalau seharian full karena hitungannya tetap per jam/tdk flat rate. Untuk proses check-in lumayan mudah adminnya komunikatif, dari konfirmasi langsung aja bisa proses check-in 10-15 menit kemudian. Fasilitasnya jgn ekspektasi apa-apa ya, handuk cuma dikasih 1 (handuknya sih wangi laundry ya), tidak ada toiletries sama sekali. Ada tissue tapi ga banyak. Ada kompor dan panci (dan peralatan makan minum) tapi tdk ada kondimen untuk masaknya. Ada dispenser & galon, tapi saya ga berani minum hehe. Ada teh & kopi & gula tapi disemutin (dan kyknya udah lama). Ada smart TV bisa connect youtube, tapi Netflixnya ga bisa (padahal di WA dari admin diinfo pin netflixnya). Ada wifi tapi lemot. Sprei sepertinya tidak diganti baru ya. Ada kulkas tapi tidak dicolok listriknya. Dingin ACnya lumayan. Overall kamar & kamar mandinya kurang bersih tapi masih lumayan layak. Well demgan harga seperti ini memang tidak bisa ekspektasi banyak2, tapi please minimal soal sprei sih pastikan diganti yg bersih/baru dicuci. Kalau cuma buat bermalam semalam masih oke, tapi kalau lebih dari semalem saya ga rekomen.

Not Bad lah ya menginap di sini cukup nyaman sekali dan menyenangkan. Pelayanan cukup baik dan cepat.

Clean, there are cooking utensils, cold AC, easy check-in, friendly, Netflix, YouTube have been provided. Great.

Can order a room in residence 5, of course, at a higher price and the facilities and room area should be larger, but until the place is given in residence 4 with the reason that the air conditioner is being repaired and this residence 4 should cost far below residence 5 with facilities not as good as residence 5.

Security is not friendly, the rooms and coffee facilities and fridge, air conditioning and TV are good.

Clean enough, but the air conditioner doesn't feel cold so it's quite hot.

The room is clean, the sheets also smell good, there are toiletries, and the fridge, stove and others can be clean.

Minusnya cuma di kamar mandi aja ga bisa dikunci tapi ga masalah sih. AC kurang dingin tapi ga bikin panas ruangan, adem lah ga kepanasan, TV juga nyala, kalau ada akun netflix mantap sih, kulkas juga ada. Worth it lah ya.

Get n Good according to its name, good apart with okay service, and good complete facilities for healing or staying with family or partner.

Pas worth it sih sesuai budget, kebersihan standar karena sedikit ada sarang laba-laba, fasilitas dalam kamar lengkap paling kualitas fasilitasnya agak kurang sedikit terutama AC kurang dingin. Tapi mantap wangi kasurnya.
