The apartment is spacious and nice. The place is nice, you can see the view of Manado city but unfortunately it is not allowed to take pictures outside the apartment with an interesting view.

Booked room 522 but was moved to room 623. The room was dirty. The sofa and bed were full of bed bugs. The bathroom smelled. The reason for the move was maintenance even though there were people staying there.

Very very bad, the toilet smells really bad, the steam from the toilet reaches the room, even though I bought my own Kanfer and Wipol, it still smells, less than 1 hour has passed and it's already gone.

The interior is old. Not worth it for that price. The room ordered was 522, given 623. The room was ugly. There are cockroaches. Also for breakfast you get 2 Popmies and 2 bottles of mineral water.

The room photos in the application do not match reality. Starting from chairs and beds, everything is different. The toilet smells, the sink is cramped, just popmie breakfast with topcoffee sachets. When complained, he said, don't equate an apartment with a hotel. The building is quite old and looks like it needs to be cleaned again to make it fresh. But fortunately the AC is cold and the place is quite spacious, the WiFi is also available and the TV broadcasts are also complete. But this is my experience because maybe I had high expectations according to what was seen in the photo but was disappointed because it didn't match reality.

Close to anywhere, culinary is easy to get, but poor in cleanliness, there is no wifi, even though the offer is available, kitchen equipment is also not available, even though the offer is available. And the bed has some red spots. And the others are ordinary, but comfortable.

The air conditioner is not cold, there is no wifi, the facilities are not suitable, the breakfast period is just pop noodles, there is no entry access card, just very disappointing, this is the first time I have entered an inn that is not feasible.
