Worst experience in this apartment. The room and bathroom are very dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. The shower is broken. The bed sank like a rocking ship. The AC is not cold. The sheets are full of stains. It looks like they haven't been changed. Booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night because it was very uncomfortable. Plus there was a used condom in the toilet bowl. Really disgusting. Please upload the latest photos. Because the photos listed in the application are very irrelevant to the current condition of the unit. All units managed by Prisma are very unsuitable for rent

Less responsive. When complaining about a broken TV, they said the technician could come tomorrow. In fact, they checked out the next day. Also, some of the tiles on the floor were cracked and had come off. Hopefully it will be better in the future, 👌.

The room was very bad, not worth living in. Dirty/not maintained, (dirty sheets, dead AC, dirty floor) already complained to the agent (prisma) but no response and finally just checked out not to be occupied and looked for another hotel nearby which fortunately was still available.

My regular place when I go to Bandung, the room smells good as usual, but yesterday there were so many baby cockroaches + their parents, I couldn't sleep peacefully at night if I didn't hunt for cockroaches first ðŸ˜. Also, there are no cutlery, if possible, it would be equipped with spoons and forks. Everything else is good.

The room is comfortable, the toilet is nice, there is a TV, but if you want to watch a movie you have to subscribe, there is AC, there is no drinking water, cooking utensils are provided but there is no oil hehe, the bed is comfortable but there is only 1 pillow, there is wifi, it's not bad for that price.

The hallway is horrible, the service is not friendly, when checking in, they were told to wait until the bed sheets were installed, he said, and it took a long time to install them, and before that, they also looked for old bed sheets. When I got to the room, I don't know how to turn on the electricity, I have to turn it on. I had to use it first or something. When I went to the wa, the answer was long. In the next wa, I didn't get a reply. the unit is old, the mattress is very dirty, looks like it has been a long time and has not been cleaned. The window can't be closed, the electricity keeps snapping and it's not strong enough to handle the AC and fridge at once. The toilet can't be locked, there is no key. there is a small animal. Noisy at 3 in the morning, there is a fight, everything is called an animal, there is nothing wrong with it. the good thing is that the location is quite strategic.

One word, DISGUSTING. Wifi is dead, TV is not connected, gallon is empty, chat admin no response at all lol, this is the first time I rent an apartment like this, in others with the same price you can even get facilities that match those listed. Sorry.

Cleanliness is safe, comfortable, comfortable, fragrant, but I like that there are some that don't need to be replaced. The bathroom spares are clean, minus the towels, soap for the rest, okay, worth it for that price with facilities like a refrigerator, stove and so on.
