I requested a happy anniversary card but the staff not only prepared the card, they also draw the bathroom glass with some wishes in which I found amazing. It is truly a great moment staying at Park5, will surely visit again.

Good food and excellent place to stay

The staff was very friendly, helpful and competent. The room has however seen better times, small, noisy, little bit run down. Overall OK but you definitely expect more for the price class and hotel ranking.

This is the second time I have stayed here, I chose this hotel again, because the room atmosphere was perfect. Clean and tidy. Ask for a high floor room with a view of Jalan Simatupang, AMAZING. For those who want to relax, even for works which need some inspiration. This hotel is the answer. Tx Swiss Belin,

The staffs were friendly, however the room was a bit dirty, there were stains on the bed sheet

I have stayed many times on Picasso, and have quite well experience. I always have a smoking room in here, the staff is great and helpful even for a late check-in. The security guys is well-mannered and helpful.

Kristal Hotel are always be my first choice whenever I would like to have staycation with my family and friends. Their staff, location, facility and food are perfect! 😊.

The staff very friendly and accommodating easy access and near from the city, nice place overall.
