1. This hotel closes at 12 midnight and opens at any time, it is not suitable for those who have to do activities in the morning because the gate is locked. 2. The service policy is not explained, it closes at 12 midnight and you cannot leave if you are buying food or drinks, the shipping costs for online orders are too expensive, and the police check your accommodation during rest time.

Enaknya menginap di sini ada water Heather nya. Gak enak nya masih berlaku jam malam, gerbang ditutup pukul 00.00wib. Puasa pertama sempat bingung mau beli sahur dimana, karena kan ditutup gerbang nya, tp bisa pesan ojol dan masuk lewat sela-sela rolling door yang kecil.

Like a boarding room, small but comfortable, there is water heather, the receptionist is also friendly. Only unfortunately there is a curfew, we are on vacation to enjoy the city of Pontianak, but we are not allowed to enter the hotel after 12 pm, it feels like a cinderella. Please don't make a curfew like that.
