came here with 2 small children because in the morning there was a competition that my child participated in at the education department. there is a swimming pool even though it is not big but comfortable and clean. on that day there were no families staying with children other than me 😄 it is possible that many guests stayed overnight for business trips because it is located in the middle of the office. for the food in the restaurant is delicious, breakfast is also great, for the main course is chosen separately, while the complementary menu is served buffet style. overall the hotel is comfortable

all ok comfortable breakfast variations can't be much (buffet) because the breakfast area is small roottop is also great but when there is a party the party sound can be heard from the room on the 2nd floor maybe the hotel building is not high enough so the party sound can be heard but overall because the hotel is clean the bed is comfortable we sleep soundly in the hotel tks artotel casa kuningan

I spent 3 days in the Hotel. All goods despite the room did not have a water boiler. Not very recommended if you brought a baby to the hotel. Overall its a great experience

Room is small not looks like 28sqm and ambiance is not nice, ceiling was too low. There are 2 rooms the aircon is not functioning well.

The room, services, location, and food is excellent.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Check in was also easy.

The room was neat and comfy. But the only disadvantage is the wifi is not that strong and might get disconnected sometimes. There is a rooftop bar, which might be slightly noisy on weekends night. The food is delicious, there are variant of options for breakfast.

The variety and quality of food for breakfast needs to be improved.

The first day I checked in, I was asked to wait for a whole 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned, even though I arrived an hour past the check-in hour at 2 PM. Not long after, I discovered that the bedsheets, bedcover, and pillows were all very dirty with yellow stains, black lines, and various marks. They also felt moist to the touch, as if they had come straight out of the laundry without being completely dried. Despite requesting a bed make-up, there were still marks and stains, although fewer than before. In the end, I resorted to covering the pillow with my own t-shirt. The same issue occurred the next morning after another room make-up. I rest my case. At night, loud noises from staff or people moving things upstairs kept disturbing my peace, making it difficult to sleep. There was also faint bar music playing, but it was easy to ignore. I was staying on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was just okay. The main dishes and pastries were not particularly memorable. The only thing I really enjoyed was the array of"gorengan"provided — loved the tempeh. However, the breakfast menu could be improved, as the selection was too healthy and might not be appetizing to people on vacation. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.
