Over all the staff was friendly & helpful but I hate the resto service because I didn't get any seat to breakfast and none of staff help us to have a seat in another space. The AC had trouble also. It could off automatically. We have a welcome rubbish as well at the balcony🥰

Small room, there are many ants on the dressing table, a bit confusing to access because it is a different building. I took a room that included Aqua Boom, the Aqua Boom had many broken tiles until my knee was injured, so please be careful. The breakfast is quite varied, only the variety of animal protein is lacking. The rest is okay, the cleanliness of the room should be improved.

I stayedcation to get a peaceful atmosphere because every hotel definitely provides that. But not with Astara. The hotel forced the repair work which was located right next to the room when I stayed. So the sound of the hammer from the repairman was very disturbing. The staff who was called only said "sorry, there is work", instead of pending the activity.
