Our stay at Astera Resort was amazing! We chose this accommodation for its beautiful and private villa suites as well as its location central to many popular restaurants, shops, beaches, and clubs. We loved that the resort included breakfast during our stay, with an array of delicious food options. Not only did our suite had its own private pool and jacuzzi, but the resort also had its own shared infinity pool with day beds to enjoy the sun and to also cool off. Upon our arrival, the Astera staff has been nothing but accommodating, kind, welcoming, and helpful during our stay! Through the resorts WhatsApp chat the staff answered any arising questions or concerns we had. Special thanks to Devi and Agus for their kind hospitality, but of course our thanks extends to all of the staff members here. I would definitely stay at this resort again when I return to Bali in the near future! I cannot recommend this resort enough.

The hotel it’s better live than in pictures, what a wonderful and amazing place. We stayed in the private pool villa, it was more than we ask for. They treat us exceptional and the service was just perfect. During our stay we received all the help from Devi, from the front desk, she help us in every detail to have an enjoyable experience in Canggu. We did not want to leave this magical place.

Wonderful experience, great location, a lot of famous cafe & tourist spot near the hotel. crew is very friendly and helpfull to fulfill our needs. don't miss the breakfast, it's way better than other hotel with 2-3 times this hotel price. so overall, will return again and recommend this to my friend and family

Lokasi Villa walking distance dengan berbagai macam restaurant, kita pilih menginap semalam disini karena ada EV- charger. Turns out our car didnt match with their Wuling EV-charger. But the Villa so comfy and relaxing. Our son had the best time chilled by the pool and the jacuzzi. Thank you for all the staff at The Astera very attentive and thoughtful to our needs. Very recommended Villa if you want to stay in Canggu area.

There are some blood stains on bed when I was arrived, but when I complained they change the bed sheet soon. To send ourbreakfast to room need extra charge Rp 50.000,-, never find this at other place. No slipper in our room when we arrived, need to ask first. Working isn't working well.

1. Pelayanan kurang ramah. 2. Elektrikal outdoor & pool rusak, maintenance tidak diperhatikan, mengakibatkan fasilitas terbuang 1 hari/1 malam, bahkan tidak ada permintaan maaf yang sebagaimana mestinya dilakukan oleh hospitality team. 3. Breakfast kurang opsi dan rasa kurang enak.

The building where we stayed is new and not finish yet. Still works in progress so noisy from 8am till 9pm and very dirty everywhere. We also had a very bad experience. We woke up and no water at all. We coildn't ahower and coildn't uae toilet at all. The water reatatted after 2 hours.
