this hotel gave us best experience for family holiday, even their hotel is 3 star hotel, but they served us like 5 star hotel, they have children pool, and the food taste was delicious, the staff was friendly, the one thing that they didn't have was only the gym.

The AC is not cold enough even though the temperature is the lowest.
Drinking water must come out from the dispenser, but it seems like the dispenser is broken because when pressed the water does not come out even though the gallon is full when checked.
Above the bathroom door there are drops of water like seepage from above.

The hotel is quite nice, but the bathroom is not very clean. There is a lot of moss on the bathroom walls, and the floor is slippery when you want to take a shower.

The hotel is dirty, the toilet water is leaking. Also, under the bed, the sweeping is not clean, there is a lot of dirt. But the view is nice.

Bad experience, I bought a room that included breakfast buffet at the restaurant, but when I checked in, I got information that the breakfast buffet was delivered to my room.. wow, I felt cheated, the receptionist in the morning didn't have any identification.

The room I got was smelly, uncomfortable when I checked in. The bathroom door couldn't be closed. The AC wasn't cold and couldn't be adjusted. Not up to Aston's usual standards.

didn't try the breakfast but tried the in-room dining, it was really okay.. the grilled coastal chicken is a must try 👍
The check-in and check-out process was fast, the rooftop is also nice.. the weather is nice.. close to Citimall Lampung and the train station too.. the staff is very helpful in helping us find a taxi, the pool is also okay
The view from the room can see the trains passing by too. My child who is addicted to trains really likes staying here.
There is also a mini playground.

3 star hotel but looks like an unmaintained hotel. Aston class. When you first enter the room, the room smells damp, very uncomfortable for a 3 star Aston. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is lacking. Maybe it can be improved again.

Aston is always the choice of staycation place in Bandar Lampung. The staff is friendly, the service is good, there is an adult and children's pool, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is also delicious and there are many choices of menus
