The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful from the check-in process, service during the stay, to the check-out process. The location makes it easy to access various places. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, there were no problems during the stay. The food is also delicious and varied. If we visit Palembang again, my family and I want to stay at this hotel again.

check in at 21.30 but alert and fast, even though the room phone is only 1 way so there is a WA number to confirm about the extra bed.
friendly staff because we stayed 2 nights since Eid 1 to 2.
Aston is always the best, wherever we stay the food is complete. Unfortunately on the 2nd day my child's breakfast was looking for ice cream, there was no more... hehehe

It's strange that I have to pay for parking even though I've stayed overnight and the receptionist said that the license plate had been registered. When I wanted to leave the parking lot, the license plate hadn't been registered so I had to pay.
