The experience during in Aston was very impressive. They provided shuttle from train station into hotel. They picked up even at 2.00 am in the morning. Aston Purwokerto is very recommended if you stay in Purwokerto.

Please for Aston Purwokerto to fix the refund again. because I was constrained by the date when I checked in. when I wanted to change the date from the staff, the reason was that there were no rooms available, the result was that my money was lost and I could not check in. because I was constrained by the date and for changing the date with the reason that there were no empty rooms. what happened was that I could not check in and had to look for another hotel. then my money was lost. and on the wrong date I had to go out of town. very bad for the service of Aston Purwokerto and its staff

It is the only well-known hotel in Purwokerto. Located in the middle of the city, it makes the hotel the most strategic hotel in this city. It is an old building but well-maintained. It is better to have some renovations in certain areas such as the bathroom, because bathrooms in guest rooms do not have doors to separate the shower area and toilet area (they had previously when I stayed there 2 years ago).

The hotel facilities and F&B menu were satisfactory, but the service was lacking. Despite multiple requests for early room cleaning, it was consistently forgotten, and there were issues with the key card.

On Eid al-Fitr, our family stayed at this hotel because we were tired from the homecoming trip. As far as we could tell, everything was OK, we were satisfied. The room facilities were complete and clean, the wifi was fast, there were lots of choices for the breakfast menu and it was delicious, plus it was clean.

Every time I go home to Malang Pwt, I always stay at Aston. Everything is good and okay. I just have a suggestion for the sahur and breakfast menus during fasting, they are less varied and cold. And for parking, please prioritize hotel guests. Hotel vehicles are lined up everywhere while guests have a hard time finding parking. 🙏🙏
