The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are child-friendly. The swimming pool has a mini water park, a trampoline for kids to play in, and there's also a soccer field for kids to play with. Overall, I highly recommend it. The breakfast is also delicious and has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back again 🥰

The Asyana Hotel staff were very friendly and informative, and check-in and check-out were quick. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a balcony overlooking the pool, allowing us to keep an eye on the kids swimming. The facilities were quite affordable, but the extra bed wasn't very comfortable; it was a bit hard, and it felt like a hospital bed. If you stay here again, I'd definitely book a deluxe double room. The room was quite spacious, and the kids could play on the floor. The restaurant is on two floors, which makes climbing up and down the stairs a bit risky, especially for small children and the elderly. The breakfast menu isn't very extensive and isn't popular with children, but that's okay because there are plenty of culinary options around the hotel. Oh, and the chicken soto is highly recommended. The kids enjoyed their stay at Asyana, swimming and playing in the water. They also enjoyed watching Netflix, which kept things interesting. For those who can't stand the cold, we recommend bringing a jacket, as it gets quite chilly at night. Thank you, Asyana. We hope to return on your next vacation.

First time staying here. Highly recommended. Friendly service, when choosing a room when the staff saw I was bringing a child, they gave me one downstairs near the pool, there was a welcome drink, the breakfast was quite a lot and delicious, really worth it, only 1 playground area should not be too corner because it is difficult to see. Overall everything is good.. Cool!! But if I go there again, I want to get a room upstairs so I can get a mountain view 🤭 hopefully there will be an elevator when I go there again hehehe. Oh yeah, I even forgot to buy snacks in front of the hotel during the day, I ate pepes and rib soup next to the hotel, it was delicious, at night I ate chicken pecel, martabak, rolled eggs, cireng, oh it was really delicious, the cakwe was also in front of Indomaret, it was really delicious.. What a mistake, Indomaret is also close..

To borrow a plate, you have to buy food at the hotel first, why force it. Breakfast is simple, there is no chicken or meat. Toddlers have to pay even though it is still free at other hotels. The receptionist and restaurant staff are not friendly. Even though the food at Asyana Kemayoran is delicious and the employee service is good.
