Only breakfast is still uduk which has been prepared in front, coffee & tea brewed by yourself, plain water poured by yourself in a kettle lol. The room smells of axe oil.

The room when I was staying for 2 nights is not really clean. Bed sheet was not clean as well and bath room kind of smell. In the app, the hotel is available to request late check out but fact hotel do not provide. And Receptionist need to learn how to give a good service.

The socket is only 1 position near the bathroom door, away from the table. When I charge my cellphone & while working on opening my laptop, I have to slide the table & block the door. The breakfast that is prepared even though there is only 1 menu but the portion is very, very small, such as the portion of angkringan rice.

I arrived at Linggau at 11 am and 11:30 am arrived at the hotel ... but the receptionist told me that the check-in could only be done at 14:00 ... so it was too long to wait

The receptionist was not friendly especially the women, ignorant and the sheets were former people (not replaced). Westavel is very dirty and the glass in the bathroom is opaque because it has never been cleaned. The smell of cigarettes did not disappear, we asked for air freshener sprayed, he said, no, unfortunately the hotel was new

This hotel is very nice, a new building, all new and fragrant bedding. Cleanliness is guaranteed. The PokBO is highly recommended for travelers because of the economical price and the cleanliness and service. Only the lack, the hotel does not have an elevator so to go up to the 3rd floor must exercise.

Tidy up the employee who was out of place, sitting on the stairs, standing in front of the receptionist chatting on the terrace. This alone makes it unattractive, so it's like being in the market listening to employees chatting.

The room is on the 1st floor, so from the hotel lobby we have to go up the stairs first. There is no elevator. The food is just normal. When we leave all the menus in the restaurant empty except for fried rice and egg soup, which according to my friends the second order is not recommended. This family room room number 115 is quite a relief. For all four adults, I think it is broad. Unlike the family room in room 101, smaller. Overall is quite satisfied with 450 thousand / night.
