The room is small, the bed is too close to the wall so there is no space to step to the side of the bed, and what's even worse is the smell of the toilet evaporates. The bed is full of bedbugs, until dawn I couldn't sleep because the bedbugs bit my child's body until they got into his hair and got into his clothes and blanket. Finally, we had to throw away the clothes we wore overnight, because we were afraid the bedbugs would stick to our clothes and mix with our other clothes in the suitcase. We wanted to check out but it was already late at 2 am. Finally, we waited until morning to check out and didn't sleep at all. Evaluation for the hotel, the service was good, the food and cafe were also okay, it would be better to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, to clean the mattress more cleanly. The mattress is in the laundry once in a while. For the comfort of the guests.

So far, I am still happy with Avons Residence, so it is one of my favorite places to stay when I want to heal myself.

The hotel check-in time was 2 o'clock. I ordered a special request for 12 o'clock, when I wanted to check in I was charged an additional 150 thousand because I checked in before the hotel's provisions. In my opinion, it was too expensive and did not match the hotel booking price.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the service is excellent.

The hotel is relatively quiet and affordable. The room is quite large, but the arrangement is not good. The room smells very much of cigarettes, even though I asked for a non-smoking room.

For the Reception, if possible, please confirm check out a little better by speaking, don't give the impression of asking the guest to leave quickly because it feels like they are being pushed. The rest is great.

When you first check in, you get the impression that this hotel has a lot of bad management. I booked 2 rooms with one room type 2 beds (twin but on the app it says double), then in the other room I had a queen bed (which means it's 1 big bed, not 2 made into 1) and it turned out that I was told that in this hotel all the beds are 1 bed. and big. Different from the display in the application. When I entered the room the AC wasn't cold (it was colder in the lobby), the AC remote was also off so it couldn't be adjusted. The bathroom was dirty and especially the end of the shower, it seemed like it had never been cleaned, there was a lot of black dirt and the water was also not running smoothly/not fast, the shower and the corners of the bathroom floor were black and full of dirt. The walls of the rooms are not clean and the facilities in the rooms are rarely maintained. We stayed 3N/4D, I felt like on the first day I wanted to just get a refund (if possible and the app should provide that if the room doesn't match the display and there are lots of complaints, customer service comes first). The next morning when we wanted to have breakfast, something happened to the breakfast service process and in the end we decided it would be better to just eat out (the second day until checkout we didn't want to have breakfast at the hotel). There is more. When asked to be cleaned, the room was not cleaned by the staff, even when we returned from the hotel it was already late at night, we were tired and had to deal again with the hotel to ask them to immediately clean the room which had not been cleaned. In essence, we were very disappointed staying at this hotel and would never want to book here again (just gave up). Our advice is that it would be good for those of you who are planning to stay at this hotel to think twice, we just have to experience this. Hopefully there will be improvements in management in the future. Very sad stay here!

Indeed, the price is relatively cheap because I thought it was only for sleeping overnight because the next morning there was an event. But the room is hot. I thought it was because the AC had just been turned on. It turns out not, the AC is hot, not cold and the wind blows very slowly but is very noisy. Yes, I checked out that night to move hotels. Have a great time at avons residences. Quiet near to the public space. I'm in love with the rooftop restaurant.
