Staff was very helpful. There 's a vending machine for snacks and hot drinks that is accessable 24hours near the lift on rooms floor. There 's free water dispenser. There 's a smoking room on room floor, no need to go down. We checked in late at almost 11pm, no issue, all good. The room and toilet was nice and clean, but no window, but its OK if its just a transit. They provide soap and toothbrush but only 1 set. TV channel can login to netflix, or they have few channels to keep you entertain. There 's a gym and spa. And it 's like 20 min to pik avenue and white beach sand. And around 15min to the airport, no trafic jamm. Satisfied with my stay.

We had transit to the hotel for an early flight. However the stay experience could have dine better. The distance of Hotel and airport were close enough, you just need to spend 15 minutes or less to reach there and they also providing free shuttle which was amazing! The improvement were during our arrival, the lobby feel warmer than outside the hotel it self. The key reader at the elevator weren't work. The staff had to assist us with his master key and mention us to use another elevator. Later when we were going down, we tried 4 of the elevator and our key doesn't work at all, hence no one at the lobby by the time till we wave at the CCTV then the team is approaching to assist. One of ridiculous was the FBM office way easier to find rather than our room. We look the room for sometime till we found the location which we need to go behind the counter, accessing the gym, then violaa our only 2 room located. Lastly. In the picture our room type shows window which we booked as for it. Unfortunately, it wasn't have window at all. Reception was mentioned that those room type are not having a window and only the above category has. I mean, than better to remove from the OTA and give clarity.

Room is OK. Hard to get soap. Deposit till today has not Been return although is just 100k rupiah, and been told it Will be return via bank transfer. Check out since Sunday. Till today no contact given from hotel. Not sure how to contact the hotel.

The reception staff is not very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was included in the room rate, she insisted that it was not. We specifically chose a double bed through the application, we also clarified at the reception, but in the end the staff gave us two separate beds. The sound insulation in the room is very poor, you can hear the man snoring behind the wall. We stayed in room 217.

Ga ada amdk, mau minum masak air dulu, ga ada tisu, ruangannya sempit, hotel jauh dari mana², cari makan jalan minimal 600 m, baru masuk hotel agak bau pesing, telepon rusak. Hotel lumayan bersih.

The second time I stayed at Azana Style Hotel, in January 2024, there were quite a few changes from my first stay when the hotel had just opened, and the service was still excellent, with free shuttle service to the airport at that time. During my second stay, there were noticeable changes. The lobby had been moved to the ground floor, and there were no Room Boys to assist with luggage. There were no security guards either. The room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, and there were no windows that could be opened. The hotel was quite crowded with many people coming and going. However, the room was fairly spacious, especially for a single occupancy. Breakfast consisted of fried rice served in a box. If you needed a shuttle service outside the scheduled times, it would cost around 150,000.
