Experience staying 3 days here at azana plus front one because the hotel is in 1 location. Honestly, the hotel is comfortable, especially the front one can directly access the pool, the room is comfortable, and the food is delicious. There was an incident where the glass in bathroom 1 was broken, yes it was our fault and the shock had to replace 150K. What I regret is the attitude of the male receptionist who whispered in front of us, it was annoying, especially for a 3-star hotel. Please improve the service of the employees who are not good and not friendly to hotel users. Especially the male receptionist who has a mark on his forehead should not whisper in front of us. Not polite.

The lobby is spacious, cool, the building is nice, the exterior and interior are okay. Spacious parking. The place is comfortable, clean, the breakfast menu is varied and the taste is also delicious. There is a swimming pool and gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend the best hotel in the Madura area, Azana Style Pamekasan. For a strategic location on the side of the road, there is also plenty of parking space. The service is also okay, cleanliness is okay, only the room AC was leaking, but when I called it was immediately repaired, another drawback was that the sink drain was stuck, the water was drained very slowly so it was stagnant. The pool is nice and spacious, but it looks like it's the same as the hotel next door. The food is also delicious and has many variations.
