With an affordable price, quite surprised because you get quite good facilities. The place is clean & comfortable. The owner is friendly, even though only contact via WA. It's just that access is a bit difficult because it enters a narrow alley.

At first glance, the accommodation was different, not the same as the one offered in the app, apparently according to the info, it was under renovation. After looking inside, the room was quite clean, the AC was cold, the sheets were also newly changed (it seemed), the bathroom and kitchen were also clean, not bad for backpackers looking for cheap and clean accommodation, unfortunately the wifi was on/off, hehe. The location is quite strategic on the side of the road, busy, there are also angkringan sellers, okay, thank you.

Share bathroom. Too bad the water is minimal. With a fairly large number of visitors, the number of bathrooms is considered lacking. Because you have to take turns with others even though the water that comes out is small.

I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. In my opinion, access to the location is very easy because it is right behind the Gondokusuman II Health Center. The owner/manager of the inn was also given a video overview of how to get to the location (after making a payment, I immediately contacted the inn via wa. The location itself is not far from Tugu (Monument & Station), as well as Jalan Malioboro. Less than 10 minutes by trishaw. The conclusion is really recommended location! The inn itself is more homey, so it feels like home. If you use a motorbike, you can put it in the house, but for cars there is no parking because it goes into a residential alley. Cleanliness is good in the room (which I used) , bathroom, living room, terrace in my opinion are quite clean. The size of the room itself (for backpackers) is sufficient in my opinion. I stayed with my wife and 2 year old child, and because we are traveling backpacker style so I think the room is quite spacious. The facilities are in the inn; gallon water, gas & stove if you want to brew coffee/tea, indomie, AC room, bunk beds with a capacity of 3-4 people. In conclusion, this inn is quite pleasant for me (backpacker), and recommended for traveling together, with family, or group of 6-8 people. If there is a chance to go to Jogja again, I prefer to stay here because the location is close to tourist destinations in downtown Jogja, Tugu Station and Jombor Terminal.

The management method is unique. The room is clean. Smooth wifi. Clean water, safe. Near places of worship. But don't expect more facilities, because this is according to the name suitable for backpackers.

Ada harga ada kualitas. Tempat tidak ada yang menjaga jadi keamanannya kurang terjamin. Kamar ok, nyaman, tapi terlalu sempit untuk keluarga dengan bawaan cukup banyak. Kebersihan area dapur tidak terawat. Air bersih lancar, AC terasa dingin, WiFi lancar. Letak strategis, dekat dengan kampus UGM, Tugu dan Malioboro. Overall di sini cocok untuk yang hanya ingin singgah sementara.
