Good location right in the city center, there is a mall and many traders. Easy access. The service, I give it good because the staff who was on duty at that time were friendly, although not very helpful in providing alternative rooms. Why do you want to change? The room is dark, damp, there are dark molds on the walls. It seems like it hasn't been painted for 2 years after I last stayed there in 2023. Budget friendly yes, but cleanliness should be an important concern, right? Hopefully the owner will improve.
One more thing, the wifi can't be connected. The signal is really bad.

Very dirty, the mattress is not comfortable at all, the sheets are dirty, as soon as I checked in I immediately checked out because it was uncomfortable, it is a shame that a hotel in the middle of the city is not looked after.

The walls of the room are dirty, the mattress is old, the springs can be felt on the body because the mattress sponge is very thin, it is uncomfortable on the body, the bed sheets look like they have not been changed.

I have stayed here several times. The location is strategic, the facilities are quite complete, it is not noisy, there is a smoking area, it is close to Starbucks and Indomaret, it is comfortable, cheap, quiet, affordable.

It was strange that when I checked in it was full even though I had booked 3 days before midnight and was forced to refund, because I insisted on being offered an option at another hotel, but it was still not worth it, unprofessional.

The location is strategic, I like it if there is warm water. WiFi is not smooth, staff is not responsive, we have to ask for towels, soap is not provided, let alone toothbrushes and toothpaste,
