Upon receiving your complaint, my team reacted immediately to rectify the problem and my Engineering found the presence of water that exceeds the capacity which was making the automatically pump is turn off I am extremely sorry to read your review and see that we have not succeeded in exceeding your expectations. Hi kak Baby, Thank you for taking the valuable time to write a review regarding your stay experience at our property. 1. For our regulated villa, the voucher we received from the agent is only for 2 adults. However, the team in charge has made concessions because we don't charge for children under 8 years old, but only 1 child. Our villa is set only for couples, sis. When you check in, you come with 2 children, and we give 1 child free and 1 will be charged an extra child where the villa rules are for 2 adults and 1 child under 8 years old. 2. We are here to mop the floor using hot water, Sis and chemical choices so that the floors in each villa are maintained and not damaged quickly, Sis. 3. In our villa there are indeed closed and open villas, and we upgraded your booking to a closed villa where the living room does have air conditioning but there is an additional fee to use 2 air conditioners. We try our best to allocate villas to our guests. 4. For TV channels we only use Cable TV and Free Netflix and we have tried to provide the best by checking all facilities before guests check in to ensure that everything is working properly but at that time there was indeed a technical error and something like this has already happened. We are noted that it does not happen again in the future. 5. For our toilet bowl at the time of flashing once and for the 2nd time it takes a little time to fill the tanky, sis. 6. For check-out hours, we adjust to the voucher given by the agent, and the conditions at that time our villa is fully booked and our team needs time to clean and check the villa before the next guest checks in, sis. The rules for each property are different, Sis, and the price will also be different. As for our rules, we don't allow visitors because we want to keep the other guests calm. And we have also made allowances for your brother's reservation at our villa.
