kecewa banget masa saat check in ternyata kamar belum dibersihkan, sangat kotor gk layak di tempati padahal check in jam 4!!! alasan katanya saya dtang kecepatan, kan kocak check in aja telat 😅 .... sudah begitu minta handuk, sabun mandi dan sikat gigi odol, yang datang hanya handuk!! sabun dan odol tidak datang juga sampai kita checkout!!! katanya ada sabun di kamar mandi padahal itu jelas banget sabun cuci piring, warna ijo transparan dengan wangi seperti sabun cuci sunlight 😅😅 sebenarnya letak villa nya strategis, tempatnya pun memiliki view yang bagus, disediakan juga kompor dan panci beserta piringnya (tidak ada sendok garpu)..

Friendly staff. No need for AC but it's already really cold. Only when the hot water is busy in the morning we don't get any hot water. If it's noon it's smooth. Comfortable. One room is directly for a family of max. 4 people.

the place is quite good. but if possible provide toiletries (soap, shampoo) not just towels. also if possible spray the room with fragrance before use to make it comfortable. the mattress springs make a little noisy movement.

The staff is friendly, stayed in the top cliff room, the building is neat and clean, there are 2 rooms with beds for @2 people, the atmosphere is comfortable and blends in with nature because you can see it directly

Merely poor lighting the doormat probably hasn't been washed for months, the dirt is thick and mossy, I don't dare to step on it😥 just stay there once maybe if you want to stay, don't choose the uncomfortable wooden room the blanket is already rough, the hair on the baby the service is so-so the management needs to be creative even though the place is nice it's a shame that the management doesn't pay attention to the cleanliness of the room

Good location & view. But privacy is not maintained because it is full of glass & no curtains so that at night the contents of the room are clearly visible like an aquarium, not to mention if there is food delivery. You can see straight into the room. In the bathroom, the water cannot all be disposed of into the drain & there is a hole somewhere that causes the smell of urine to enter the bathroom, after being covered with a trash can the smell is reduced quite a bit.

The hotel staff is quite helpful, the location for the view in my opinion is good & interesting for a photo spot, I happened to take the upper cliff villa, for the overall value of the villa 8.0, 2 rooms & a clean, fragrant toilet... there is a stove, refrigerator, TV, dining table... in my opinion the atmosphere is not scary 🤗, depending on the assessment of each visitor

The villa is nice, and the atmosphere is comfortable but there was a little uncomfortable experience, namely I booked for 2 days but was called and considered to have booked a room for only one day, if I don't answer the phone I'm worried my stuff will be taken out. Please check the system in the future

The bedroom and bathroom are clean, tidy, and odorless. The hotel staff are friendly, someah bageur pisan. It's just a shame that the cuanki in the canteen, for me, is not as good as the cuanki I know, in terms of taste and appearance. Other problems are okay. For that price, I recommend it for those of you who want to stay here, don't hesitate. 👍🏻.
