minus : I got room 101 & 104 with wooden walls without AC. Room 101 smells really good, maybe because someone just moved in and cleaned it. Room 104 smells stuffy and really damp. At least if someone wants to move in, it's okay to mop it again for a bit. I waited a bit but it smells good. Btw the room is not soundproof and there's gecko noise. Pretty scary 😄 plus : for a guest house, it's pretty good to be able to eat even though it's a la carte (1 menu). Which tastes good too.

The staff was very friendly even though I checked in at 3 am. For that price, the cleanliness and facilities were really great. The outdoor area is also really nice for daydreaming.

The view is okay, the restaurant is also okay, the service is friendly, only you need to pay more attention to cleanliness, the sheets and blankets are dirty, lots of yellow stains, like they haven't been washed, the sheets should be changed every time you change, please pay more attention to cleanliness, apart from that it's quite good.

Highly recommended to stay here, nice hotel, comfortable, quiet and close to the city and tourist locations in Batu, friendly service. The only suggestion is to replace the KM door to suit the room and the architecture of the building which is not commensurate, even though the plastic door is still good. Let's make it even classier. Githu.
