Batavia Hotel & Serviced Apartments Jakarta

Booked a room that could be said to be quite expensive per night (4 bedroom penthouse room) but the treatment of the hotel staff made me uncomfortable, an experience that was actually good became less memorable because of the hotel staff, starting from the security at the swimming pool who seemed stiff and selective about people, I was reprimanded when I wanted to swim because the requirement was to take off my clothes for men, even though I was wearing a shirt & spandex jersey pants which were usually for swimming because I was embarrassed to bare my chest when swimming, then when I wanted to try the gym room I was also rejected on the grounds that I had to wear special clothes for the gym, even though when I was going to the gym I could just wear a t-shirt and shorts to be comfortable. Then when I wanted to have breakfast I was also stared at with the same sarcasm because I was only wearing normal clothes. Finally, when checking out my wife was reprimanded by the security guard quite unpleasantly because she was sitting on the edge of the sofa on the armrest which should still be very strong because she was also sitting for a while while chatting at the checkout. I stayed on the 34th floor, room 13. Overall, the room was clean and tidy. There were 4 ABCD rooms. The downside of room A was that the bathroom could not be opened from inside the bathroom if it was tightly closed. I had to ask someone to open it from outside.

a pleasant staycation... got a clean room with complete facilities and a delicious breakfast menu. can't wait to staycation here again

when I arrived it was not yet check in time but I was able to check in because the room was ready so I could rest early around the apartment there are many culinary choices the room is very clean and comfortable to use for families..thank you to the Batavia apartment staff🥰 sometime when I go to Jakarta I want to book here again😍

This comfortable 🫶 even though the wifi is not very supportive, it is still comfortable 😅

Overall it was okay, but the security guard at the door near the tennis laps was a bit unfriendly, at first they were thought to be food couriers even though they wanted to check in, because we were using motorbikes so they were thought to be couriers.

The location is in the city center and not far to GBK, you can walk, the food is very ordinary, nothing special.

One problem is the tv channels, very difficult.

The apartment staff are very friendly & very helpful.

Staying this time was a bit disappointed. The room had problems with everything from the AC, TV and bathroom.

The second one is a bit less fun with the room. The first one was really special, the second one asked to move rooms but said it was full even though I stayed for 5 days. We got a lot of trouble in the current room. From the bathroom sink faucet, AC.

Fun and worth trying again.
