for the villa type, everything is according to the photo.. wifi is quite good android TV works. hot water works. can get a stove & hot water dispenser, all OK for sahur food, well, that's it, it can be improved again..

The internet is very slow. There is no hot water.

Nice Experience & Good Service

1. The room floor was slippery and sticky until we asked the staff to mop it. The bathroom floor was also slippery and crusty and we asked the staff again to brush the bathroom. Actually, it wasn't that dirty, it was just for ablution and prayer so it was doubtful. 2. There was no tissue even in the toilet, you have to ask for it first. 3. The meal voucher was not given immediately but had to be asked for several times, and even then I missed it because they gave my room voucher to the next room, it was really weird. 4. The food was really not tasty and cold :(this is a big minus point. 5. Drinks and tea/coffee were not given even though we stayed for 2 nights, again we had to ask for it. 6. Check-out time is not allowed late check-out at 12.30 or 13.00 after prayer (but some villas do not allow late check-out though).

Clean, comfortable, nice, cool atmosphere

It's okay, there are things that need to be improved, the room has no ventilation, no fan and no AC, this is something to pay attention to.

Overall okay. It just so happened that the shower in the room I booked was broken. So there has to be a check on the overall room facilities.

Strategic location is close to jatimpark group & location is under the foot of mount panderman so the atmosphere is cool. The food at the hotel is also very delicious.

The room is comfortable and clean, and smells good too. The staff is friendly. 99% highly recommended. Unfortunately, room no. 208 has a bathroom blower that is too noisy when the bathroom light is turned on 😁 satisfied staying here.

The water died, moved to Panderman Villa. You can have fried rice for breakfast, not a buffet.

Breakfast scramble. The breakfast technique must be evaluated. There are only 2 servants. Many people are late for their meal.

The location is quite quiet, the staff service is very good. Wifi is very good, I stayed in the villa, very comfortable and well maintained. Recommended for staying with family.

Roadside location. Near the mountains, very cool. Next time you can stay here again. Friendly employees. Clean rooms. Only the breakfast can be varied if you can add it. Thanks.

I had a creepy experience while staying here. When asked by the villa, the answer was not really. Even though I was curious, what was 9 pm and half past 3 am. If you get unfavorable feedback from the villa, it means it's a bit different. Because I read that in other reviews too. It's true that it's not friendly enough. Don't be blamed if you get an honest review. OK, thanks.

The location is very good, close to everything, clean room, hot water works well, friendly staff, fast wifi. Overall nice but unfortunately for the food like fried rice is not good, no taste at all.

View nya bagus.+ lokasi lumayan dekat ke pusat kota.+ ada kucingnya, sepertinya kucing ini memang dipelihara di sini. Nampak sehat bersih & dikasih makan rutin pake Cat Choice (saya lihat ada karung makanan kucing di dekat kantor staff)- saya check in ashar, ada beberapa karyawan nongkrong duduk-duduk sambil merokok di Koridor menuju ke kamar. Sebagai tamu saya jadi-jadiIwuh-jadi-jadiIwuh kalo mau jalan.- kamar kurang kedap suara, suara kendaraan terdengar jelas.- duvet ada bercak-bercak warna abu2, handuk juga kusam tp masih Oke daya serapnya.- pelayanan breakfast nya jutek judes. Di ketenangan breakfast mulai jam 07.00 tp makanan ready jam 07.40.- karena kamar tidak ada kipas angin/AC jadi agak gerah.
