I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

I feel likes in a home when I stay at this hotel... Very comfort and homey... Location of this hotel is very strategic, near from mall tunjungan, Mc donald, kfc... Very recommended

The hotel is located right in the heart of Surabaya. Just across the Icon Mall of Tunjungan Plaza 1. Easy to go anywhere from the location. Recommended to stay though.

arrived before check in time, because I brought my elderly parents it was accelerated by two hours. Very happy. The service is very friendly and especially very helpful. Both the reception, cleaning service and security guards are all very friendly and very helpful. That's why I always stay here when I go to Surabaya. I don't want to move hotels again

The hotel is comfortable, the parking is a bit difficult when it's full, please be more sensitive to security guards, if there are cars having trouble parking, help them immediately

door 502 floor 5 is often broken. how many times have I entered, it's always being repaired technically.... and room 501 was noisy last night... the chicken opor food was delicious. but the rice was a bit hard

The hotel's location is strategic, close to everywhere, the rooms are clean, but when I stayed there yesterday there were small cockroaches.

From the security when I wanted to check in, they were friendly, parking was also parked. Then entering the lobby, the friendly staff opened the door, then the check-in process was also fast and not complicated. And the staff also helped me carry my belongings. The location is very strategic, right in front of Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya and the food center, shopping on Tunjungan Street is also close. The Governor's Official Residence is also close. The price is also pocket-friendly.
