Comfortable, for sudden search for temporary accommodation to avoid traffic jams, I think it's better to go to Bella Hotel. All staff are friendly for comfortable rooms at that price. Thank you.

The cleanliness of the hotel is not well taken care of, lots of small insects appear, entering the shophouse area and being charged a parking fee of 10 thousand per entry

Central location, but old hotel, poorly maintained. Far different from the photos. The most disappointing thing is, there are some cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom, and there are small insects that crawl into the gaps in the table. Only 2 small bottles of aqua, towels are old, discolored. The hotel needs to be renovated.

the hotel is bad, lots of cockroaches, the air on the first floor is very humid, the toilet is super dirty, moved rooms, offered 4 rooms, all of them were duds, the lights were too dim, all the sheets had lots of stains, regretted booking 2 nights.

At first, I was given the key to room 106 which surprisingly in a very dirty, untidy poor condition. Then when I made a protest, they changed it to room 110. At a glance, it was alright. However, there was a cockroach in the closet. Wifi signal was poor, and there was no cellular signal in the room. This would be my first and last to stay in this hotel.

Overall this hotel is damn good. For the price and the facility that we got is super worthy. The bathroom is quite big and comfy, but the closet hole is kind of dirty. And the view, I thought we will see the city view, or at least a real view. But, we only get wall view from the second floor room. And AC in my room don't work pretty well so my room is not so cold.

The AC is hot, the shower water only comes out small and then stops flowing, the bathroom smells of dry sperm 😩😭 For me and my husband as newlyweds who like to stay in hotels, only the food makes me happy with this hotel 🥲🙏🏻

Never want to stay at the Bella hotel. This is not a hotel. Like an old ship full of cockroaches in the room. I was in the room for one day and there were already 6 cockroaches killed. I'm fed up with staying here. Regret taking 3 nights. I didn't know it would be like that. The hotel is very bad. Lots of animals especially cockroaches. First and last time here.
