The water comes out small. The AC is not cold.

The hotel is clean, unfortunately the restaurant has not finished renoverive so looking for breakfast is rather difficult. The air conditioner is not cold enough. the WiFi was so good!

I checked in on 10/24/2018 and checked out on 27/10/2018. One Bengkulu hotel employee has given photos of my personal identity via WhatsApp to others. The hotel should be able to keep data of guests staying overnight. When I asked for an explanation of the incident, the hotel promised to provide clarification when I checked out, but after waiting until night, there was no call from the hotel. On 28/10/2018 I returned to the staff at the Bengkulu hotel, and asked for an explanation, but the hotel manager was not in place. For this incident I was greatly disadvantaged because after my identity was given to someone, at that time I experienced an unpleasant act in front of the Bengkulu hotel, I was almost beaten by someone. I hope that those who give my identity, get firm action / sanctions from Bengkulu hotel management, if necessary lay off, because they cannot maintain the confidentiality of the data of guests staying at the hotel.

The first view thank God the hotel lobby was clean until the room was also clean, fortunately the floor was only 2 rooms there was no lift by stairs. It's just that the air conditioner in the room was not cold so we asked for a stand-by electric lock so the air conditioner kept on while we were looking for food. So far can it be. Including the wifinya, for food because we don't share breakfast so we don't know the taste of the food.
