Strategic location near Discovery Mall, access to the beach via the Bintang Bali Hotel which is in the same group as the Bintang Kuta Hotel, in front there is a Vietnamese restaurant, a busy center, close to Ngurah Rai airport

I already ask for extra single bed by this apps but when we arrive at the hotel they still charge me another Rp. 800 k. When, we arrive in the room so many ants around. And the room was wet and hot because very close to the laundry. The bath room was smell of sewerage coming out to the floor. And the water smell like Rotter egg. And the tap fell out of the wall. Also the windows lid looking out to the tree was full of water. I would never ever recommend to any one to come there.

Pro tips: Because the entrance from the road is a bit less visible and disguised as the entrance to Bintang Bali Resort, there is a sign that says “Bank Mandiri” that can be used as a reference.

The hotel is quite strategically located, not far from the city center. The service is quite friendly, but unfortunately when I stayed in the lobby there was 1 person who kept smoking, either a guest or an employee there. The food is also quite good although the variety is not as much as other 4-star hotels. Sofat can still be recommended.

Very convenient and strategically located in the central of Kuta Plaza busy street and adjacent to Kuta Beach. Many shops and convenient stores and foods hawkers and depot are available around the hotel. With its 4 stars, the hotel offers many facilities by standard. Behind the Bintang Kuta hotel, there is its bigger sister Bintang Balio Resort hotel with 5 stars facility. Among them, it 's beach front hotel. The room is quite spacious and has it all standard facility and amenities provided. Though it 's been over 10 years now and younger then the older sister, specially after the pandemic, should say pretty good well maintained by the management. Next to Lippo Plaza and Bebek Tepi Sawah restaurant and across there are Coco Mart, Alfa Mart and Circle K plus 3 major banks Mandiri, BCA, BNI. Very comfy and convenient. Also across there is a Vietnamese restaurant.

Strategic location, spacious and nice rooms, lacking service is when cleaning the room, toothpaste and soap are not provided every day, info from the house keeping officer is a request from the occupants, so strange, toothpaste and soap are a definite need for cleanliness of room occupants, cook every day you have to ask, this is what makes it strange for me, because the hotel class is 4 stars, even 3 stars need it provided every day.

Keren. Insya Allah menginap lagi di sini untuk kunjungan berikutnya. Lokasi hotel strategis dan sangat dekat dengan Discovery Mall, parkiran basement yang luas, kamar bersih dan tidak bising, AC dingin, air bersih, staff yang ramah dan cepat respon. Soal makan tidak ada komen (karena kamar tanpa sarapan).
