When I wanted to check in, the room that I had booked from Traveloka was occupied by guests and the hotel staff on duty in the morning did not provide any confirmation. I was a bit confused because I was tired from traveling all the way from Jakarta. Luckily, the staff on duty at night were able to resolve the problem quickly and promptly. Thank you to the guys on duty at night for helping my family check in. The guys on duty at night were TOP. Yesterday, it was cleaned again quickly and the AC was cold.

Good... quite good, comfortable, clean (minus the toilet tissue is not available, the liquid soap/soap dispenser is broken/hard and cannot be used + brush/toothpaste + hot water is not available/cannot be used, only the tools are available + the towels are not ready (they were only available in the morning and I asked for them first, because I wanted to take a shower) 😇... please fix/improve the supplies & service).. thank you🙏

Very bad hotel, smelly pillows and blankets, dirty bathroom. So no one took a shower. The AC didn't work. So they gave me a fan. The room key didn't work, the toilet didn't have water. Extra bed 150 thousand but it felt like wire. With an expensive price compared to the hotels next door. Finally moved hotels because I couldn't stand it. Just once, I won't repeat it again.

The AC is not cold, the room layout is not good, the TV remote doesn't work, the night light is off. The wardrobe is broken, the room size is very small, the bathroom is quite spacious, the water is small, the bathroom door can't be closed, the plus is the friendly service

. The room does not match the picture. Tried to cancel but could not from the app. I paid for 4 rooms but could not cancel. Because we canceled our stay. How did that happen. We confirmed it and the staff was very rude. Never again

Because the facilities only use stairs. It's better for those who are old to stay in the lower room. Tired of going up and down. Malioboro is near Malioboro. Breakfast is not provided because. There are many food vendors around the hotel. Suitable for backpackers.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very lacking, there is too much dust in almost all properties. My husband is allergic to dust, we have booked 2 nights but we only stayed one night. The bed needs to be replaced, maybe it's been more than 10 years, the room is stuffy. For us it is really uncomfortable. Maybe it's according to the price, but there are also many prices below this that can still be comfortable and clean.
