The staff is friendly, the ambiance of the room I ordered is very comfortable, and the food is really delicious😭👍🏼 will be back it's just sad that the door lock makes a sound when it's closed after opening and closing normally, in the end you have to wait a few minutes so that when it closes it doesn't make a sound the rest is WORTH IT👍🏼⭐️

Actually the room is okay, but the water is off for a long time and the staff did not make any effort to fix it or provide a solution. Please, water is very crucial, why is it that from Sunday morning until noon I wanted to check out but the water still didn't work and there was no solution from the hotel so I was really disappointed.
