This is one of the best hotel at Lovina, great location as nearby the beach. The hotel is also just fully renovated, very nice landscape, green garden, nice pool and nice room. The food also very nice and the staffs are very friendly, Oh ya, upon arrival it was a big surprise for my daughter for her sweet seventeen and was great surprise.. thank you to all of the management and staff of the hotel..

Can go directly from the hotel to the beach. The hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Can book directly at the hotel to see dolphins and snorkeling. The cost is cheaper than buying from a travel agent or on the app.

Rooms with good space & facilities, only the AC is not comfortable, the remote cannot be adjusted, and the room telephone does not work, or there is no access to contact the receptionist (/via qr wa, else) for the breakfast menu & atmosphere is very good with the friendliness of the staff.

The only plus point of this hotel was location. Service and food were terrible for 4 stars hotel. I stayed 4 days 3 nights. At 1st & 2nd days they served a la carte BF and I have to paid additional charged for my 4 years son but its OK I can accepted it but on day 3 they served buffet BF and they also want to add charged for my son. This is the only hotel who gave additional charged to buffet BF for 4 years kid. Ridiculous! BTW buffet BF only spicy fried rice, scipy fried noodle, perkedel, sweet & sour fish and Egg. That 's it. They also didn't cleaned up my room even though I already left a note at the reception.
