Good location, but the AC is broken and the bed makes a slight noise. Food is good, wifi doesn't work, hot water only works once in a shower, the next day it's cold.

If you go to Pangandaran, you will definitely stay here. The price is also suitable for those who bring a lot of family. There are not many rules but it is still orderly and comfortable. Moreover, there is a new building. Hopefully, Bumi Nusantara will be more successful.

booked 2 rooms for my brother and parents they said the food was delicious with lots of variations, the only minus was the TV remote and AC remote were missing, I had complained but they still weren't there, so I couldn't enjoy the TV channels, the AC temperature couldn't be raised or lowered, the others were good, satisfied. Hopefully the service can be better in the future.

I was a bit disappointed because I had requested a large bed because I had a baby so it was impossible to have a twin bed, but thank God the waiter was quick and apologized, finally replaced with a bed that was according to my wishes, so far it's comfortable even though the building is old, there is a bathtub and the hot water is still working 👍🏻

Booked 2 rooms, one room had an AC that wasn't cold, asked to move but was told to move to a standard room, we refused because it didn't match what we had paid for. Then it was suggested to move to the back room, when checking the back room it turned out that the AC remote was missing, the waiter said to wait a minute to get the AC remote first, and after waiting for a long time it turned out that the waiter didn't come. Finally didn't move rooms, stayed in the hot room. Then there was a bathtub but it was useless, it couldn't be used, there was no cover. Then the other room had a toilet flush that didn't work. Highly not recommended for service & comfort.

The shower is cold, not hot. I have already complained, there is no further resolution. Coffee, tea and toiletries must also be asked not to be prepared. The breakfast menu is very small and no parasamanan is provided. At that price, you can usually get something that works, which is really bad

Ada banyak kejanggalan yang mungkin menurut saya aneh. 1. Begitu mau masuk kamar dari tangga saya udah merasakan keanehan. 2. Setelah masuk kamar dengan no 332 saya coba buka lemari baju loh kok ada baju kemeja batik persis yang di pake sama petugas hotelnya, tapi saya mencoba untuk mengabaikannya. Dari situlah saya mulai merinding. 3. Hp istri saya tiba- tiba hilang padahal di simpan dengan charger nya di atas kasur, setelah mandi hp gak ada, di telpon gak bunyi dan pada akhirnya setelah kemana kemari nyari tiba-tiba bunyi di bawah seprei. 4. Pas mau tidur ada sesuatu yang tak kasat mata lewat di cermin, lalu ada yang merhatikan di atas cermin namun saya dan istri diam saja sampai akhirnya tidur, 5. Cipratan air di cermin, di lap pake tisu kering malah makin basah, setelah itu jadi ruam seperti ber embun, padahal AC di 24 ° kalau gak salah. 6. Baru nyadar ketika lihat lihat kamar yang lain ada tombol bell tapi kamar 332 yang saya pakai gak ada cuma ada bekasnya aja. 7. Pas mau check out topi yang saya pakai semalam gak ada dan tidak di temukan, padahal udah di cari kemana-mana. Dan akhirnya saya mengiklaskan saja. Menurut saya mistis, namun saya sarankan untuk orang yang gak biasa dengan mahluk halus jangan di 332. Pelayanannya baik sangat baik.
