The receptionist gave us an upgrade room to Grand Deluxe from Superior because of full capacity of our kind of room, and asked for a good review from us. The bathroom needs a maintenance, especially for its sink, shower and its towel hanger.

The service of the staff at the reception was very fast, at check in did not wait too long. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very clean, making it comfortable to sleep. The breakfast menu is also very varied, so it is not boring and the taste is very fitting on the tongue.

The hallway and room were a bit stuffy, the sheets weren't very clean (stained), the room I booked was out of stock and I was only informed when I wanted to check in, the solution was to add 100 thousand to upgrade the room, even though I had booked it 3 months before the big day. It was a bit disappointing.

The location of hotel is good. But the size and layout of the room is simply ridiculous. It is completely different with the picture in traveloka. Soundproofing also somewhat questionable. When I wait for the lift, I still could hear my kids voice from the room. Cleanliness also could be better. I found baby cockroach inside my room. When I visit, swimming pool is under repair and no one from the staff inform us upon check-in. But at least we could use another swimming pool although we have to walk pretty far to access the pool. The layout of the lobby and lift is also confusing. We have to be accompanied by staff member. If not, we will definitely be lost. Last but not least, the name of the hotel itself is a little misleading. They have "BW" in the hotel name but they have no connection whatsoever with Best Western. The hotel name is simply "BW". It is not abbreviation of Best Western.

The room is spacious and relatively clean, only the chandelier needs to be cleaned a little and the room lights could be brighter. Breakfast is quite varied although not too much but it tastes good. The employees are friendly in all areas, the room service response is okay. The swimming pool is spacious because it may be integrated with the apartment facilities and there is a safe pool for children. There is a play area for children (kindergarten model) to make children happy. Overall, it's quite okay in our opinion.

Give up! Bad service, very dark room, very narrow, very smelly. Super smelly bathroom. Chaotic service. I could only check in at half past 4 in the afternoon, the water heater was broken, the wifi was dead even though I was working. It smells so bad, the bathroom is very smelly. The electricity was also dead. Not worth it for that price. Absolutely not worth it. The bathroom is disgusting. Once again the bathroom smells

Clean and spacious room, hot water is smooth. AC cannot be controlled and often turns on and off by itself. Access to the basement parking lot is very inconvenient because you can't get into the elevator door. Thank you
