I book for 3 room, the picture there give another cabin in another location, I have to go around from one location to another location for 1.5 hour, and finally available only 2 cabin and it was far below expectation as shown in picture, dirty, bad location, I can say it … full of shit cabin! It 's no reflect the price and what you get, and the guys in charge there is scamer.

The order does not match the app, I have paid a lot but the order that has been booked is sold to someone and replaced with accommodation that does not match the order.

The water heater was not on. And it turned out that not all cabins faced the lake. We got one cabin that only faced a narrow alley.

Very disappointing. Already checked in, but was moved to another cabin with the excuse of double booking. Given a cabin with incredibly disappointing facilities. The water didn't turn on in the morning. let alone the hot water. I'm fed up and don't want to stay again.

Access to get to the cabin is difficult because the map directs us to enter a village area with narrow roads. There are no directions, even residents who were asked directed us to the wrong inn. The cabin is very cold, there is no heater. We had difficulty sleeping in a temperature of 12C. Meanwhile, when I wanted to borrow a knife from the guard's house, their room had a heating stove. Our cabin was Cabin 2 on the far edge, near the parking lot and the land used as a trash can... where the trash was scattered and smelled. Moreover, at that time there were guests who ate durian. The only food that could be ordered was quite good, fried catfish and fried chicken in the cold temperature were very helpful.

The facilities are damaged, asking for repairs is only given promises later.

Disappointed even though I paid a lot of money. 1. I arrived at the accommodation at 22.26, and I brought a 15 month old baby and my parents. And I couldn't possibly look for another cabin because I was forced to use that cabin. 2. The road access here is really not good (small cars are not recommended because the bumper is destroyed) 3. When you get to the room you really need to pay attention and unfortunately I didn't have time to take photos at that time, the room was still dirty and dusty. Room smells bad. In the bathroom there were traces of pepsoden and the rest of people's soap had not been thrown away. The bathroom glass, sink and closet are very, very dirty. There are traces of people's hair in the drainage. The hot water doesn't turn on though. The temperature there is 10 degrees and I have a baby with me! The facilities are really not provided: No towels (I asked the staff only to give 3) No amenities (I asked only to give 1) No coffee and tea (not given) No cooking utensils (only given just a frying pan) Just installed gallon water when I arrived at the room. The cabin said they wanted to compensate but there was no follow-up until I checked out. For apps! I'm a hospitality person, and before I choose a place to stay, I always read reviews. I clicked. Only 1 review appeared and it was a good review. I feel really cheated, I often use the application for hotels but, SEE? This time I was disappointed using the app. Very different from the description in the application.

Inserting the points on the google map doesn't fit, so it's very troublesome

Same as other reviews, waiters are slow to respond, even calls/WA are not answered, facilities are bad & dirty, hot water doesn't work either, don't be fooled by the videos & photos available, they don't match expectations.
