Lava cafe bookings were transferred to Lava View. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, direct view overlooking Mount Bromo. So cool next time I want to stay here again

The lava cafe was renovated so we were transferred to the lava view. The lava view rooms are quite clean, complete with a hair dryer, the restaurant is also delicious. Only the towels are not in a clear color, like hotels in general.

Cafe Lava, the hotel booked was closed, we were moved to a lava view (above it), a better hotel. Unfortunately the condition of the room is too old, smells musty (maybe the average hotel around Bromo huh - + a bit old / old huh?) But what is the + value is right in front of this lava view hotel the view is really good. Bromo & Mount Batok are very clear, extraordinary view, the best. Oh yeah, the brrakfast is also quite OK, the vegetables are fresh, it's just a shame it's so salty.

I ngenep at Cafe Lava 3 nights 4 days. wah recoment waste! When cheek in we were welcomed by friendly and polite staff. The breakfast is delicious with the food. Do not regret dech ending New Year's Eve here. Want to go back to Cafe Lava again. Because the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a balcony and a nice view.

The weather was very cold, when I came here in January. actually, you don't really fit into Bromo in the rainy season. mist often falls over the view. for very nice rooms. this hotel seems very understand the needs of residents. I choose family room. got room F01. it is not at the top. if you can the highest floor above it may be more beautiful view. but in F01 it's pretty impressive huh. the room is spacious like a bungallow model. the main bedroom king size bed there is a television set there. but we didn't turn it on, preferring to watch tv while clustering in a shared room. then another room with 2 large single beds (100cm) can be used together per bed if you want, even warmer🤣. we came here with 4 feeling very loose so it feels less warm in this very cold weather. facilities are very complete here. get 4 towels 4 room slippers, 4 soap and shampoo complete with shower cup, 4 brushes & toothpaste, 4 cups 4 mineral water (small bottles), coffee tea and complete sugar with a coffee maker kettle. There's a hairdryer too. Unfortunately, only 3 TV channels and even local TV and SCTV. Bed quality is quite good although not comfortable in five-star hotels, but it can be a double thick blanket, so it is suitable for the weather here which is super duper cold and makes it freeze. hot water works well. ample parking space. some are directly facing the front of the room (but not sure which type of room). from the front of room F01 where I see a very beautiful mountain. the receptionist and cafe for breakfast crossed the street first😀. walk to the right directly the entrance of the Bromo tourist area and photo spots in the background of the Batok Mountain with a very charming sand field. thus, thank you traveloka😍.

The design is old school, the food is also standard but there are a variety of choices, the location is very strategic near Bromo, the staff are friendly, TV channels are limited to 4, WiFi does not reach the room, if you can get it in front of the room.

I was prepared for the worst, but the room turned out to be very nice, with everything you would need. The night we stayed wasn't very cold, so we even got hot under 2 blankets. The restaurant downstairs is very good and fast, although I would suggest not ordering european dishes and opt for local ones (the contrast between local chicken soup (Mie Ayam) and tomato soup was striking :)). The staff was very helpful, gave us tips about the best spots to watch the sunrise and also arranged a transport to Probollingo train station for us for 400.000.

The inn is very close to the entrance of Bromo tickets, just walking distance, hot water is okay, food is pretty good even though it lacks variety, only 2 menus, maybe you can add fruit juice. So far, okay. 7 value.
