The place is beautiful, cool, nice view. But unfortunately for those who stay and want to take pictures on the sky bridge, they have to pay. That should be part of the facilities, right? Because apart from the view, there are no other facilities besides the bridge for photo spots. There's not even a swimming pool. One more thing, you have to pay to access the waterfall. Even though if you look at the access from the resort, it's steeper and more dangerous than access from outside, and it turns out to be closer and not as steep if you go from outside the resort. Then I ordered the castle plus which had a welcome drink, when I asked, the welcome drink was a bottle of Aqua and sachets of tea and coffee, isn't that always available when we stay at a hotel?

For the waterfall and photo spots, we work together with the forestry department and local residents, so it is indeed paid for the welfare of local residents and environmental maintenance. For welcome drinks, it is standard with bottled water and coffee and tea along with snacks. Thank you.

access to the location is quite extreme when you are about to arrive, you have to be careful and it is better to go during the day. It would be perfect if the owner provides a pick-up service at a certain point so that it is safer when going up. because if there are 2 cars it is also scary. other things while there are okay. asking for additional pillows and blankets is also not charged again, it is very okay. at night it is very cool

Access to the location is tense but it pays off with a place with a good view, clean rooms, and clean toilets. The breakfast is so-so. The cafe, in terms of coffee taste and price, is still okay. Maybe a trash can can be provided outside each camp. Wi-Fi is a bit difficult, photo spots if you want to make them paid, so consider the price again because there is no photographer service.

Thanks for your input, Sis. For Wi-Fi, it is sometimes a bit disrupted because of our lush location and being in nature - sorry for the inconvenience. For paid photo spots because there is cooperation with local management to maintain the surrounding environment to keep it lush.

The hotel staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the rooms and the place must be maintained, the facilities are complete, cool, cold even without AC, safe parking and a spacious hall, the place is comfortable, it's just that the road access to the Camp De Catarina location has many steep slopes, you must use a vehicle that is really healthy.

It's fun, everyone is happy, all the staff are helpful, super friendly, the view is really wow, the weather is sunny, the rain plus fog is also there, the night temperature is cold, a thick jacket & socks are required, the room is very clean, the toilet amenities are complete, the shower & water heater work well, the water is clean, and there is no drama of the water going off even in the middle of the night, as well as the electricity, ordering food at the Cafe there is no long waiting, you can ask for it to be delivered to the Room, ordering is easy, the price of all the menus is not too expensive, Breakfast is delivered to the Room. For the most beautiful Castle Room, there is Room no. 5 & 6 (in my opinion) Near the cafe & in front of the new skybridge, thank you to the staff who have ACC my request for a Room with a view in front of the skybridge ❤️ Overall, I am satisfied staying here, Thank you.

the hotel staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is very good, only there are minimal trash bins around the cabin so it's a bit confusing if you throw trash outside the room. for the comfortable cabin, I really like it. next time I want to come here again 🤗

The staff is passive, when I had breakfast I asked for a refill of hot tea but they brought a paid one, 1 glass is 10 thousand times 4, the total for the hot tea is 40 thousand, it should have been informed first that the refill of tea is charged, because I got free breakfast. And also did not provide a mineral water option, and also all the facilities are there such as billiards, other places to play, even photo spots have to be paid again.

Okay, the place is for those who love nature, but make sure your vehicle is in prime condition. Because the road terrain is quite challenging. Overall it's good and the fried rice is delicious ☺🥰.

The road to the location requires me to say the name of God a lot because going to the location at night is better during the day and it is recommended for vehicles in prime condition because the road is quite steep. Amenities toothpaste and toothbrush and mineral water are not available. For signal and wifi are bad.
