Not according to the picture. Better not to order online. Rather than regret it. Given the 2nd floor in the corner, quiet, dark hallway, the room can't be locked, the atmosphere makes you uncomfortable.

A bit of an unpleasant experience, when checking in I was given a room on the 2nd floor in the corner with no window access and it was dark. After complaining, I was transferred to the 3rd floor, although it was tiring having to go up and down the stairs, but the room was as ordered.

Stayed for 4 nights, wifi was not functioning the first two days, complained to hotel staffs, they offered me to upgrade the room but with extra charge. I mean, what? Finally at 3rd day, hotel bought a new modem, internet connection was not an issue for the last 2 days. Ants in the room, charge me for towel (70rb per day, I think they should've informed me in advance), hot water not functioning properly for 2 days.

Even though it's only a standard room, there should be towels. It doesn't even have a towel. It's time to change the AC. The door cannot be locked from the inside. Hot water doesn't work at all. It's a loss to stay here.

The rooms are clean and everything is neat but unfortunately there are no towels and toiletries, nor is drinking water given, if for example you don't get these facilities, you should be warned in advance at the hotel facilities.

From Semarang, the plan to go to Bali, leaving the Probolinggo toll road was already tired. Book directly via the application, thank God you get the hotel's sharia pearl. Cus to the crime scene, super fast check-in, delivered to a super spacious room. It's really good, it's close to the clinic for those who want rapid/pcr.

Old hotel but well maintained facilities. Although some facilities such as the TV are still tube, but there is no problem because it works well. It's just that there are no towels and amenities such as mineral water at this hotel. Service staff is also good and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay here for the price offered.

Pros: Rooms are quite spacious. There is air conditioning and tv. Parking is quite spacious. The location is quite strategic. Cons: Dusty floor. The water for bathing and the sink is a small flame that sometimes turns off, there is no white water, no towels, no calls from the room to the reception, so if it's like we get to the 3rd floor, if you need to ask anything, you have to walk and go down again.

The room is good. But Isa didn't see a lot of ants on the TV. WiFi doesn't reach the room. And in that price class, there's nothing. Drink. Towel. There is no soap. I will not be back again, thank you.

The sheets and pillowcases didn't seem to be replaced, so we took the initiative to cover them with husband's gloves, some of the bed lights didn't turn on, the air conditioner wasn't cold enough, the wifi signal didn't reach the room (3rd floor).

Good location, large rooms, only the toilet is not clean too. The faucet is rusty, the closet yellow is dirty. The water, especially for taking a shower, comes out too small. Only for urgent stays, there is no choice, so you have to choose this hotel.

The available rooms do not match the ones in the photos. The position of the air conditioner is not quite right, which is too low and the table and top of the cupboard are a bit dusty. Maybe before guests arrive, the rooms are cleaned again so that guests are more comfortable. A creaky mattress is also less comfortable.
