The hotel is not suitable for staying really ugly, not really worth it, hot air conditioning, no towels, dirty sheets, dirty pillowcases, the main thing is not really worth it.

Sorry, not really recommended :(, 1. Going there for a very long time. (2. The room doesn't have a window, when I asked to change rooms with the receptionist. He said he couldn't. All rooms are the same type. 3. The swimming pool can't be turned on Because if you want to go to the swimming pool there must be access, but why is it listed that the swimming pool can be used:(4. The air conditioner in the room is not cold.

I'm happy with the service, it's just that I'm not satisfied with the smell of the room, and the sheets that still have stains that haven't been washed, and I'm very unhappy with the placement of points on Google that don't match the location, which makes me have to walk again from the point on the map.

- We're expecting to use the pool, but no information about it until we arrived and it's non-refundable.- The sheet and the towel somehow dirty.- The hallway quiet hot.- The AC pretty much just wind.- No small fridge to store food and drink.

Actually not satisfied…. The accommodation is okay. I didn't get a room where the air conditioner wasn't cold… but I told CS. Immediately responded and moved rooms. Good service, okay room…. Unfortunately, I can't go to the 5th floor for ft2, let alone swimming yet. Even though the main intention is to invite children to swim. But its okay. In the future, please provide a chat option to the admin. So that you can ask if the swimming pool can be used or not.

Tidak diberikan penjelasan saat kelakuan pemesanan bahwa fasilitas kolam untuk pemesanan condotel tidak bisa fasilitas kolam. Sedangkan saya dpr informasi sebelumnya bahwa bisa mengunakan fasilitas kolam. Semoga bisa lebih baik kalau untuk pemesanan condotel tidak bisa untuk fasilitas kolam. Mengecewakan sebenarnya. Karena untuk anak-anak fasilitas kolam renang sangat dibutuhkan.

Even though the location is good, it is not comfortable to stay here, other residents are very noisy, where there are banging on all room doors in the middle of the night, screaming in the hallway and a number of other unpleasant experiences, please improve service and comfort 🙏🏻
