Second time staying here. The room condition is cleaner than last year staying here. But the blanket for the queen size bed, we suggest that you give it the right size, because it is not enough to be used for 2 people. Or maybe you can add a blanket if there is no queen size blanket. The cleanliness of the bathroom is quite good. The wifi on the 3rd floor is not very usable. We should have asked for the 2nd floor, where all the rooms have bathrooms, but the 1 room we wanted, which we occupied last year, was already occupied by boarders (on the 2nd and 3rd floors). As a result, we only took the 3rd floor. And we were willing to let 1 room not have a bathroom, because we prioritized a room with a window. The staff are all quite friendly. Incidentally, I am from Sulawesi so I am used to staff from outside the island if they behave badly. There is a kitchen that can be used, 1 stove, refillable water that is also free to use. It is quite good to be able to boil hot water for coffee, milk, or instant noodles, we even boiled eggs and heated food too. Plates, glasses, spoons can also be borrowed. You can also dry clothes on the 4th floor. Next to the shophouse there is an eel depot which we think is delicious. The road to Jalan Tunjungan and Tunjungan Plaza and other malls is also quite close. Overall for the price of 100 thousand we are quite satisfied, Thank you Capsule Homestay, thank you.

I would like to say thank you, room was clean, hot water, and AC works. The most important is the honesty of the crew, I forgot my wallet and they even sent people to chase me, just to return the wallet, none missing. For the price I highly recommend.

GUYS PLEASE BE WISEE I'M SO SAD ABOUT COMING HERE! This is my real testimony 😭 because I was careless in choosing a hotel because it was cheap, but the result was really a dud 1. THE BATHROOM IS OUTSIDE!! I didn't expect the bathroom to be outside😭😭🫵🏻 2. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! I carried a carrier bag and a handbag and was told to go up to the 3rd floor using the stairs (BECAUSE THERE IS NO LIFT) AND THEY DIDN'T HELP ME!!!! THE MAN TOLD ME TO JUST GO UP AND I DIDN'T GET HELPED AWESOME!!😭😭🫵🏻🫵🏻 and he didn't smile at all, what kind of service is this, I swear it's zero!! 3. Be careful of being charged if you stay with more than 2 people. 4. There is only one plug in the room. Luckily I brought a roll of cable because I was going to travel😭 The room is quite good, the AC is cold, and there is still a small space for praying. That's the only unexpected thing. Luckily it was only for transit, oh my. Never again😭🙏🏻

there is an additional charge of 10 thousand for what it's for, no drinks, soap, towels, the place is narrow and you're confused about praying (maybe because it's a shophouse but it's actually an inn), the facilities are minimal (really minimal). from 19-21 pm it's really noisy, the employees are even doing karaoke downstairs 🙂. please improve it 🙏🏻

Very disappointing, a waste of money. I already knew there was a baby, but I kept smoking until the smoke went up. I checked in at 8 o'clock and arrived. I checked in and felt sorry for him. I was coughing.

3 years ago this place was clean, the room, the environment in the hotel. However, when staying overnight on October 4-6, 2024, the cleanliness of the room and the environment decreased, and the bed had to be replaced. It could be because the number of guests has decreased, so that income has also decreased while operational costs have increased. The employee service remains good. Hopefully, it can improve the quality of cleanliness of the service, the room and the environment.

Okay, it would be better if there were toiletries or sandals to borrow.

Check in costs an additional 10 thousand, no towels or toiletries provided, the bathroom is too small for bathing and defecating in a 1x2 m room, there are too many mosquitoes, but the price is too expensive for the facilities provided and the location is far from public facilities.

The application price is not net, there is still an additional tax when checking in. The AC takes a long time to cool down (the result is not cold enough). There are many mosquitoes because the empty room is left open so that mosquitoes enter. A room with that price should provide soap and towels.

Have ordered a room type with an ensuite bathroom, there is an option to pay on the spot. It turned out that after arriving, the room was given to someone else on the grounds that I had not paid in full. I was finally given a makeshift room, but I ended up checking out after a few hours because it was uncomfortable. Just a suggestion, if the procedure is like that, it's better to just remove the option to pay at the hotel so as not to harm other people. Thank You.

FYI for those who want to stay here, when CI asked for more money, he said VAT. The rest is okay for that price. Clean, cold AC, smooth wifi, shared outside bathroom with strong hot water.
