delicious breakfast and afternoon tea, they serve best fried banana, staffs also friendly, the most important is clean room, Ac and water heater work properly. also helpful pick up and drop off airport, they provide information for tourist spots also. excellent.

This is the best cheap hotel that I ever stay. The place is very clean, the staff very friendly. I love their breakfast so much. And I love their afternoon coffee with their delicious fried bananas.

Room conditions are clean, tidy. If it's a bit windy from outside the room because there are lots of trees, it's a little cool with the heat of Labuan Bajo. The hotel employees are friendly too, away from the noise. & recommend for those who are looking for a hotel in Labuan Bajo but the price is safe in the pocket 👍🏻❤.

well, it was an old building with old furniture. when we got there, the TV is broken and my shower couldn't be hung up on the wall. it was nice stay but I wish they would change the furniture to newer one

The location is a bit far from the crowds and places to eat, but the good thing is there is a free shuttle car service. 1 day free 1 time delivered, 1 time picked up. The staff are also very welcoming and very helpful. Upon arrival, I was able to upgrade a room, a suite, which was quite spacious. Very satisfying stay here!

Thank you! The last day in Labuan Bajo I chose to stay at this hotel, and I think it's not wrong, because the staff are really helpful and friendly. The last day I dropped, I met a lot of good people there, finally I helped me with the scraps bak Thank you very much! If back, definitely stay there again! And I can also upgrade, so a suite room 😌

I love the room they gave us, clean, roomy with AC and it has a seating area outside our room overlooking the lovely garden. The staff are very polite and friendly. I had a cough and one of the staff made a mixture of lemon and soy sauce. It helps!! Thank you so much, Sofi! They have a free shuttle to the city and pick you up again. Also to and from the airport. The dining area on the 2nd floor overlooking the city and their garden. The breakfast has a great selection. For lunch and dinner, you can order the meal there too. At the back of this hotel, there is a place for hiking and you can climb on the hill to see the town-Labuan Bajo. The location is a little distance from the town, but with the services they provide is all good. One thing that is little uncomfortable when many visitors are smoking at the dining area.

1. Manual room key and no telecommunications facilities in the room so you have to go down stairs to order something 2. WiFi access in the room is not available and there is no closet 3. For the middle of now 4. This is the most difficult, if there is a roommate those who are sick and need breakfast to be delivered to the room at this hotel cannot, the sick must come to the restaurant. It turns out there are still other hotels in Labuan Bajo that are better with the same price standards.

There's no water when we just came, and last time there's somebody fighting when we were sleeping. Please security in tightened yes. Do not be allowed in if someone asks guests at noon. Better ask first guests there is someone who look for it, if the guest is pleased then invite the guests who come. Just for advice only. But for the food, delicious 👍
