The room was cozy, the staff was busy due to late check-in, it was late, and they were tired, but Cindy handled it well. She was friendly, always smiling, and spoke softly and kindly. I've always been hesitant to stay at Chandra Inn. And after I tried it, wow it's fun, friendly staff, spacious parking, close to the mall, lots of snacks, there's a welcome drink, spacious clean room, complete room facilities, there's a mini fridge, soft mattress, large smart TV, the only downside is the hotel area is not very clean because there are building renovations, the breakfast menu is really good, varied and delicious even though I give a thumbs up for a 1 star hotel, even a 3 star hotel's breakfast is not as complete as this, here there's chicken porridge, green bean porridge, kolak, uduk rice, fried rice, black pepper chicken and beef, various cakes, bread, fruit, various juices etc. Anyway, I recommend it, thank you Chandra Inn.

- The Wi-Fi is weak, especially on the second floor, and it's almost impossible to access. - There are several cockroaches/small insects in the bathroom on the second floor. - The food in the restaurant, especially snacks like mung bean porridge or pearl porridge, has no flavor at all. - The main menu, regardless of how the chicken is cooked, still has a fishy taste.

The room was quite nice, but unfortunately when I entered the room I was greeted by small cockroaches, I asked for it to be cleaned, but instead bigger cockroaches came out, but in the end I was moved to another room, but the new room wasn't cold, the AC was also leaking, because I was tired I was too lazy to complain. Then when I checked out it turned out that the Aqua that was placed in the room was charged...
