Strategic location, clean rooms complete with electric stove, gas stove, gallon, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and others. Easy check-in. Next time if I'm on duty in Bogor, I'll come here again, but the water tap switch for bathing is broken, so I don't shower but squat on the tap. Maybe it can be fixed in the future. Thank you.

The room was not clean & many of the equipment did not work.

The bathroom light was off, the bathroom exhaust was also off, the room was dusty. I booked for 2 people, but the toiletries were prepared for 1 person.

Honestly, I've been here several times. The provision of towels, amenities, and room cleanliness are always maintained. But I've been able to get room 7.05 in the alpine building several times, the room lights are dark with minimal light. The other rooms are all good. Hopefully next time I won't get room 7.05 again. Because I will definitely go to the stay channel so it's close to the office :).

We stayed in an apartment type on the 2nd floor, the cooking utensils were very bad & we asked for a replacement but the owner didn't respond, we had sent a WA but it was also ignored.

Sorry for the honest review, for the bedroom starting from the dirty sheets with lots of stains, dirty pillows, pillowcases and bolsters are also dirty with lots of stains, fragrant but is it just sprayed with fragrance but not washed. I ordered 2 BR and both were dirty, both sheets and pillowcases/bolsters so that my parents and children had itchy skin. For the cleanliness of the floor is also the same, it seems rarely swept/mopped because the footprints turn black. The cutlery is also incomplete, such as no cutting board and knife. The pan is also not suitable for use and dirty. Please pay attention again to the cleanliness of the bedroom, cutlery and floor. So that we who stay feel comfortable and healthy. Thank you.

Firstly, I don't recommend it for out-of-town customers who arrive very late. Because the staff in my opinion is very inflexible. The system that creates a max check-in time of 22.00 is very intolerant of guests from outside. CS is difficult to contact, on regular telephones or on WA calls it is very difficult. He said because he opened WA by WhatsApp web PC, it was difficult to receive calls. We understand that there is a max check-in rule at 22.00 in some apartments. But so far, in this apartment I have only ever experienced difficulties with late check-in. During this time you will always be helped by very helpful staff. Even though we arrived very late at night. While I stayed in several apartments in Jogja, Semarang, Surabaya and even Sidoarjo. This is a service that is very unempathetic to long-distance customers whose journeys cannot be predicted (traffic jams and other unpredictable things). Second, the rooms are not maintained, lots of cobwebs. Dirty bathroom. The room smells bad. I booked a two bed room, 500 thousand/night. Actually, it's okay if the interior design is a bit old school (wooden chairs and so on), as long as it's clean and well maintained. Even though the location is very, very excellent. But it's a shame, the service and comfort of the room need to be greatly improved.

The apartment's bedroom & toilet were dirty, there were spider webs in the room. (Apart Room AE2 no. 1) in my experience I paid 1 night for 500 thousand/night but I still had to pay the building parking fee of IDR 68,000. 😒🤥🥵 (I can't upload a photo of proof of parking.) Thank you.
