The place is nice, the facilities are complete & the rooms are clean

My hotel staff WA for days just asking for a receipt for my stay. No response.

I was a bit in a bad mood with the 500 meter access to the resort because the road was small and the car in front wouldn't give way.. but it was well worth it with the natural beauty and comfort of the resort.. I will definitely come back again.. and I think this is the only place that is free from traffic jams during long holidays..

The beautiful and really cool and natural atmosphere makes it comfortable for a vacation, but for those who still like to access the internet, it doesn't seem like it because there is no wifi, even the network from your own cellphone is not there, the place is really for healing from the internet, more for enjoying the natural atmosphere and mountains.

Very suitable for family vacations and seeking tranquility, also close to the waterfall which is still pristine. Very satisfied staying here, I want to stay 2-3 nights

Sorry I have to give some assessments so that in the future it can be improved: Disadvantages. 1. The electricity went out even though it was only once but maybe it could be fixed. 2. There were a lot of ants in the room. 3. The water heater only produced hot water in the afternoon, after that it never came back. It should always be available for everyone who wants to take a shower. Because for a fairly high price, things like the above should be good. Advantages: 1. Nice view and cool air. 2. Friendly staff. 3. The swimming pool is quite clean. 4. The place is hidden so it's nice to rest

Hotel staff is friendly, environment is comfortable.

Really satisfied playing here. The air is really cool, the swimming pool is quite large. The field is wide so the kids can play happily. My son even brought a tent here. The place is really beautiful. To eat at the restaurant, the price is relatively cheap. Oh yeah, from here we can play at the waterfall, the location is not too far. The road to the waterfall passes through a tea plantation. It's really fun. Next time I want to come here again with my extended family

There was no curfew. So another group played guitar and screamed until 1 am. Very disturbing.

Today I stayed alone at this resort. Previously the occupancy rate was full. But today I was the only one staying overnight. Startled. Horrified and scared too. Because I checked in at 18.00 when it was dark. But the receptionist still helped turn on all the lights. Maybe in the future the price will be lowered according to market prices so that the occupancy rate remains good & remains busy. It would be a shame if the resort had lots of comfortable rooms, but only my family and I were there.

I have stayed here twice, the atmosphere is calm and very child friendly here, the variety of lunch and dinner buffet catering is not as varied as before when I stayed the first time.

The view around the resort is very beautiful. The resort is very comfortable and the ambience is very natural. Access to the resort is also okay. Only the taste of the food needs to be improved and the restaurant lights are very dim so it is not comfortable to eat. Overall, I will definitely come back to Cijalu Resort

View Resort yang pasti juara, memanjakan mata, udaranya dingin cocok untuk ngadem sejenak, cocok pula bagi yang ingin refresing dari kebisingan dan hiruk pikuk kota. Kamar yang saya tempati agak berdebu untuk unit telp, dan lain-lain, tolong OB nya lebih teliti lagi saat membersihkan dan banyak semut di kamar mandi. Secara keseluruhan sudah Ok. Recommended.

The floor was dirty, we mopped it ourselves, the windows were dirty, the small cupboard was dirty with dead cockroaches. So we cleaned the entire room ourselves even though I had asked for the room to be clean.

The resort is nice and cool, there is a small river, the place is okay, it's just that the rooms are not very clean, there are lots of cockroaches.

Suasana di resort sejuk dan memang gak perlu AC. Untuk kamarnya standarlah. Yg di sayangkan itu selama menginap mati listrik udh 5x lebih, katanya sih ada pohon tumbang. Trus break fastnya kurang variasi, cuma ada nasi goreng, omlet, coco crunch untuk anak, kopi teh, agar2, sama buah2an itu aja. Dan anak 5 tahun harus bayar breakfastnya. Dengan harga Rp 80 rb breakfast nya gak worted banget. Cukup sekali ke situ.

Mati lampunya lama sekali, cuma dikasih lilin doang, sarapan bisa banget, jam 9 makanan udah tinggal dikit. Untuk pemandangan oke, kolam renang kotor, airnya dingin banget.

Maaf ya saya harus menyampaikan untuk perbaikan ke depannya. Saya menginap 2 hari untuk tahun baru dari tanggal 30 Desember sampai 1 Jan 2024, saya memesan (type superior 4beds) saya bener bener baru kali ini staycation ngerasa kurang nyaman karena ada beberapa hal: 1. Baru check in dan masuk kamar (type kasuari superior 4beds) udah disambut sama tikus di dekat kasur, sampe saya panggil housekeeping nya tapi aga lama, akhirnya kita buang sendiri tikusnya ke luar jendela. Dan ada pup tikus di atas kasur. Menurut saya ini hal yang fatal karena kebersihan nya sangat sangat kurang. Tapi alhamdulilahh nya receptionist nya sangat ramah & meminta maaf akan hal tersebut. Akhirnya kami meminta pindah, alhasil dikasi ke room kutilang. Its oke walaupun itu beda type dengan yang kita pesan. 2. Listrik padam dari pukul setengah 6 sore ~ 8 malam, yang dimana itu adalah malam tahun baru, saya dan keluarga sudah planning mau buat makaanan di kamar saja, tapi planning itu musnah grgr mati lampu, ditambah saya ada anak kecil juga jadi aga repot untuk bikin susu karena mati lampu. Saya rasa penghuni pada malam itu benar-benar kecewa juga karena mati lampu yang terlalu lama. 3. Jaringan & wifi yang super lemot. 4. Kolam renang airnya keruh. 5. Minta bantal dari siang katanya nanti sore, pas udah sore sampe saya pulang bener-bener ga ada datang sama sekali tambahan bantalnya. 6. Tengah malam saya terbangun karena tiba-tiba ada kecoa terbang ke tangan saya, alhasil saya tidak bisa tidur di malam itu. Akhirnya pada tanggal 1 saya check out lebih awal sekitar jam setengah 9 pagi. Plusnya adalah: 1. Pemandangan yang sangat bagus dekat gunung. 2. Ada aliran sungai yang jernih. 3. Staff receptionist yang ramah. 4. Ada pesta kembang api di malam pergatian tahun. Saya mohon ke depannya hal yang kurang yang saya sebutkan di atas diperbaiki ke depannya. Terima kasih.

Overall ok sih, tapi ada incident kemarin ketika nginap. Mati listrik seluruh resort cukup lama kurang lebih dari jam 5 sore hingga 20:30 malam, air tetap menyala hanya air dingin dan dari pihak resort hanya memberikan 1 lilin untuk penerangan. Tetapi hal ini di kompensasi dari pihak resort. Mungkin next nya bisa dibenahi untuk kelistrikan ataupun mekanisme backup listrik seperti genset, karena kasihan bagi tamu yang membawa anak kecil dan disediakan juga lampu emergency. Next mungkin bakal balik lagi tapi mohon dibenahi untuk masalah listrik dan juga heater yang kadang panas kadang ngga.
