Alhamdulillah overall all aspects are good. I just want to add, hopefully you like it. It would be even better if there was a hair dryer in the bathroom to make it easier for us sisters to dry our hair. Thank you. 😇

My family and I were very impressed with the hotel atmosphere, this is the first time we have found a hotel with an Islamic atmosphere. But if I may suggest, in the restaurant area on the 7th floor, the music and songs should be Islamic too.

The room is spacious & clean, there is no refrigerator in the room. The toilet is spacious but needs to be repaired for the ablution water tap. Because when you open the shower tap, the ablution tap also automatically opens so that the water flows out of the bathroom. Need to add a small towel to wipe your face. Overall okay

- Check-in time was too late at 15:00. But when we arrived it was still not ready. - Only one soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom. There should be at least two. - There was also only one room access key. There should usually be two. - There was a bathtub but no shower room in the bathroom, so it was muddy. - The spray in the toilet was a bit loud, and too hard when pressed. - The room was a bit poorly maintained, the carpets had lots of patches. Many of the wallpapers were also about to come off.
