Cipta Hotel Pancoran

For the room itself, it is comfortable, the hotel location is also strategic, close to everywhere, cleanliness is quite good, the staff are also friendly. Overall, it is quite good for a hotel with a fairly cheap room price.

Strategic location not far from Tugu Pancoran and close to toll gate access (we transit on our way home), check in check out process is fast without taking long, for those who bring a car, parking is free without charge. So for just resting at this Cipta Hotel, it is quite comfortable.

Food not recommended to order, didn't taste nice.

I ignored the order of two rooms for a family of four, Sorry the male receptionist was not very friendly when checking in, he was sullen and didn't talk much, when we wanted to go out through the lobby the same receptionist looked at us, more precisely glared at us until my wife wondered if there was something wrong with us. The next morning when checking out the female receptionist was quite friendly.

The hotel is comfortable, access to everywhere is easy, only the wifi is lacking, sometimes it disconnects itself, the pillows are also dull

Housekeeping is dishonest. I left my money behind when I checked out, there was already a housekeeper in front of the room, then went downstairs and to the gas station (right in front of the hotel) and came back because I left the money behind, and when the housekeeper was still there, she just finished cleaning the room and asked, she said she didn't see it (didn't find it). I was really disappointed even though I clearly remembered the exact location of the money.
