The hotel is close to the tourist area, there are also many traders outside the hotel area
Maybe because it is still under construction, so the hotel looks like it is not being maintained

The staff is super duper friendly, the only strange thing is the WA admin (don't know who, I think it's the owner) I happened to get a clean and decent room for that price, the view is also of the mountains, it's really nice in the morning, I deliberately didn't order a buffet because I wanted to go on a culinary tour in Batu City, there was a fireworks party on New Year's.

The hotel staff is friendly, the surrounding environment is comfortable, the area is also clean, the swimming pool is clean, the room smells good, but the bathroom is a bit less clean and doesn't smell good, the hot water is quite smooth.

The hotel staff is friendly. The facilities are quite good, but the worst thing is the cleanliness of the hotel and the hotel area. The bathroom has many yellowed sides, the room floor is still dirty and there is a lot of hair scattered around. The sheets, pillowcases and towels are already shabby, it seems there is no cleanliness. The furniture is dusty.

It was very pleasant, the receptionist was responsive and the swimming pool was very comfortable, the sleeping place was good, the bathroom was just a little less clean, but overall it was very satisfying.

The condition of the hotel is very good, unfortunately it seems like it is not maintained and cleaned like the hotel area, swimming pool, stairs to the 2nd floor, bedrooms (not swept and the equipment is very dusty) and bathrooms and in the quiet pool area there are many cigarette butts.

Got a room near the pool, bring parents so it's closer to walking. Standard room, if possible refurbished. Breakfast is quite good. Overall satisfied staying here, next time can be repeated. Thank you Ciptaningati and app.

It's a shame that 1 room ago there was a dead cockroach + how come there was a room that was given to a guest that hadn't been cleaned and was still messy from the previous guest.

When I first went to my room it was already uncomfortable because the things in the other rooms were a mess, the dishes had been strewn about after eating, the rest of the people had not been cleaned up, as a result the room I got was a dirty room, the blanket felt itchy, the smell of the toilet from the bathroom was really really uncomfortable, I didn't get any camphor or room freshener. lots of mosquitoes, housekeeping asked for it to be cleaned, but it was just tidied up, the sheets and blankets were not replaced and coffee was not provided, asked about the food in the restaurant, there was no point in the food menu because it was always on holiday, the tissues were not refilled, the voices of other inns were very audible, well that was enough because our favorite hotel was full so we had to choose this for a children's holiday which was close to Batu square.

Geez. The bathroom is so awful. The WC is so disgusting. The bathroom is very dirty. The toilet is not cleaned before guests arrive. Lots of dirt from previous guests. The floors in the hallways and stairs are full of cigarette butts and dirty.
