The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, I happen to be allergic to dust and this hotel doesn't make my allergies flare up, the location is strategic. Hopefully the cleanliness will be maintained.

No water heater. At that price, other hotels provide water heaters. Yesterday the room smelled of cigarettes. So you have to spray perfume first.

BEWARE of the middleage plump woman (the one who looks like you own her $). Remember to Take picture of the cards and time to safeguard yourself. I got accused of missing keycards and end up boarding the ferry on a empty stomach due to the delay. The young Chinese lady is nice and help to check the CCTV to prove I did not lost any. Room: only 1 power socket at table. Saw few small roaches. Kept hearing moving door sound (should be the side door connected to the cafe on ground floor) while in room 113. No matter how good your hotel looks, when your staff is trash, you hotel looks trash.

What you need to pay attention to is the AC because we saw that in 2 rooms during the 2 nights we stayed the AC was not cold enough, it turned out that when we opened the AC filter the dust was thick so it affected the condition of the AC. After cleaning, the AC was very cold.
